Our ‘retaining water’ menopausal ‘helicopter mom’ governor Karen LARPing Walking Dead in our state, that never held a private sector job in her life – Gretchen Whitmer – unconstitutionally holding folks hostage via her jackboot Michigan State Police and Department of Natural Resources Conservation Officers, will if she can think, be ordered by her, this come to an end – peacefully – starting May 1.

My fingers are crossed.

For too many decades, health care in Michigan might well have been better and cost far less!

Michigan has been CONned for far too long.

The Certificate Of Need rules in Michigan have resulted in less competition, higher health care costs, and reduced flexibility when emergency situations arise. Limiting the choice of consumers to bloated bureaucratic health care systems that have no incentive to keep costs down or protect their employees naturally.

Sorry for mistaken nation versus state numbers. Watch the video, you’ll know what I mean.

BY the way ..don’t wonder why there are layoffs.

Democratic Party Voter Suppression Since at least 1924

What lengths will Michigan’s Democratic Party go to just to protect a looney tunes female in CD-11? Remember, this was brought to your attention before when stating, “What it always is about: power and, controlling the power of your vote.”

Well, here you go.

A decision by Eastern District of Michigan Judge Terrence Berg is expected in the coming days. He is an appointee of former President Barack Obama.

Whitmer noted the pending lawsuit on Friday.

“It’s really important that especially in times of crisis we protect these fundamentals that are truths of our democracy and our republic and that it’s important that we continue to have our elections, do them as well as we can and keep people safe in the process,” the governor added.

Like as in mail in election fraud? What about the governor’s “science and all of the best practices,” is all that just flapdoodle? Rock solid logic for old beer-swilling “Half” Whitmer who says abortion is life sustaining, right?

It didn’t take long for our beer-swilling Governatrix to saddle up her broom and fly the Clown News Network and MSDNC airwaves.

“It wasn’t really about the stay-at-home order at all,” Whitmer said. “It was essentially a political rally, a political statement that flies in the face of all of the science and all of the best practices from the stay-at-home order that was issued.”

Yah, sure, brews mother. Typical feminist Democrat projecting onto others what they are guilty of themselves. And, have you all noticed that Democrats like “Half” Whitmer resort to making claims of “science and all of the best practices” yet, push for voting by mail that’s rife with fraud? Yep, Pandemocrats always lie.

One of the things I have grown to adore about Trump Derangement Syndrome is that with all the frauds and liars who have it is that sooner or later they let their mask slip thus exposing the truth.

Whitmer said on Monday, Fox 17 reported.

“I also would just say, I think it is this group is funded in large part by the DeVos family and I think it’s really inappropriate for a sitting member of the United States president’s cabinet to be waging political attacks on any governor, but obviously on me here at home.

I think that they should disavow it and encourage people to stay home and be safe.”

“Contrary to the governor’s statements, the DeVos family hasn’t spent a dime on this protest nor has it offered prior support to the organizing entity,” Nick Wasmiller responded.

Holy shnikies! Does this insecure, narcissistic, overbearing ‘helicopter-mom’ schoolmarm see nazis under her governor’s mansion bed too? Is there not anything that family on the westside cannot do, well, other than get elected governor.

But I digress.

Sheriffs of the 101st House District Speak Out

As Sheriffs of Michigan’s 101st House district, comprised of Leelanau, Benzie, Manistee, and Mason Counties, we write today to inform the public of our respective counties of our opposition to some of Governor Whitmer’s executive orders. While we understand her desire to protect the public, we question some restrictions that she has imposed as overstepping her executive authority. She has created a vague framework of emergency laws that only confuse Michigan citizens.

As a result, we will not have strict enforcement of these orders. We will deal with every case as an individual situation and apply common sense in assessing the apparent violation.

Each of us took an oath to uphold and defend the Michigan Constitution, as well as the US Constitution, and to ensure that your God given rights are not violated. We believe that we are the last line of defense in protecting your civil liberties.

Our focus needs to be on reopening our counties and getting people back to work. We also need to be aware that this virus is deadly and that we need to continue to practice social distancing, washing of hands, wearing of masks as well as other medically recommended measures. Allowing those without paychecks back to work is imperative to the economic success and wellbeing of our community. We can do this in stages, especially those that work outside.

Together, as a community, we will overcome this pandemic, and as Americans, we will persevere and come out even stronger than before. As Sheriffs of your community we want you to know we have your back and will continue to serve the people who have entrusted us with your protection.

Clearly we know who we can trust.

I have known at least two of these serious constitutional officers, and have known of (and respected) the other two for some time.  They mean it, and have our backs.

I was not surprised that my county sheriff was not a part of this list, but saddened just the same.

Operation Gridlock update

For those of you attending the Operation Gridlock Rally in Lansing today organized by the MICHIGAN CONSERVATIVE COALITION, I just wanted to pass along two items this morning.

The MCC has released a series of guidelines for today’s event (see below).

If you are leaving from Macomb County/Wayne County, Autoworkers for Trump have scheduled to meet up at the corner of 17 Mile Road and Van Dyke at 9:00am. From there, they will head out to Livonia (Stark Road between I-96 and Plymouth Road…look for the Trump signs) to link up with other participants there before heading up to Lansing.

Attendees are strongly encourages to share their experiences/video on social media from today’s rally.

The local media is still displaying a condescending attitude towards anyone who dares question the sage wisdom of Gov. Witless as she orders Michigan into ruin, even when they themselves aren’t sure on what to do.

That been said, they have promised to cover the event.

Please follow the guidelines, so that the media munches on shoe leather as they try to spin this into something that it is not.

I wonder if this can be made into a class action lawsuit?

The Detroit News has reported this afternoon that Gov. Witless is facing a fourth lawsuit filed against her for questionably written and dubiously “enforced” executive orders.

The lawsuit, filed in the US Eastern District Court of Michigan by Attorney David Helm this afternoon on behalf of four Michiganians, contends the Executive Orders are “arbitrary, capricious, irrational and abusive.” and a violation of the First and Fifth Amendments.

This is on top of a lawsuit filed earlier by Attorney Philip L. Ellison in the Michigan Court of Claims yesterday for Gov. Witless’ E.O.2020-38 which delays FOIA responses.

Another lawsuit was filed earlier by Attorney Robert Muise from the American Freedom Law Center on behalf of Andrew Belanger, who was protesting at an abortion clinic in Detroit. That case was subsequently dismissed with prejudice on Tuesday and the City of Detroit agreed to drop the citation.

Finally, there also is the case of Esshaki v. Whitmer et al (20-10831) pertaining to the case of Eric Esshaki who cannot collect the required number of signatures to run against certifiable nut-job Haley Stevens.That case was scheduled to be heard this afternoon at 1:30. There is nothing new to report as of the time of this post.

Four lawsuit in about a week…what are the odds?

I cannot help but wonder if Mr. Helm is looking for others to sign onto his lawsuit?
