And it Only Took 135 Days to *Figure Things out*

If it’s dysfunctional you seek, look no further than the Calley name.
John Calley, 26, of Lyons, was charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident, reckless driving and failure to report an accident – all misdemeanors.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, January 28, at a Pilot gas station on State Road at I-96 in Ionia County.
Go figure. Sorta appears as if they had enough time to bury the toxicology report because the broad he is running with is bad, bad juju.
She said her daughter suffered broken ribs, collapsed lungs and abrasions. She was hospitalized for a day before being locked up on an unrelated shoplifting charge. Records show she was released from the Ionia County Jail on Wednesday.
Thorpe said her daughter, who has a minor criminal record, was an “associate” of Calley. She said her daughter called him on Jan. 28 and offered to pay him for a ride from the family’s home outside Ionia. She said she doesn’t know where they were headed.
Yep. Just a “minor criminal record“.
Shannon Emily Scully, 23, Ionia, convicted of larceny – less than $200, second or… Sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days credit, 12 months probation and $1,115 costs and fines.
Uh-huh. Riiiiiiiiiiiiight. And, Schostak’s and Bolger’s buddy ain’t a pothead, either. Oh, wait!

Oh Cut The Crap Lauwers

Multibillion dollar budget MDOT has had warranties for years. MDOT chose to allow 52% of them expire.
That is theft. In the private sector, Kirk Steudle would be fired and prosecuted.
Better communication? Puh-lease.
Rep. Lauwers’ bill does diddly-squat nothing other than blow smoke up everyone’s ass.

Cannot fix the Roads but the DNR has Advertising Money for Penske Isle
by Corinthian Scales • • 0 Comments
Actually, let’s rethink the title of this post. Somehow, our state government found a way for our tax dollars to fix the roads (see page 7) where Roger Penske’s and Government Motors’ crap rolls, and now the DNR has another share of $6,600 in bait monies to throw at the Nerd’s playpen and ongoing money pit.
This Saturday, 600 more vehicle owners (and their friends and family in the vehicles) will get the opportunity to explore Belle Isle Park free of charge – courtesy of the Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix.
The Recreation Passport giveaway begins at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 23, at the White House (administrative building) lawn, located at 2 Inselruhe Avenue across from the Belle Isle Aquarium. Grand Prix officials and the Department of Natural Resources will distribute the Passports (normally priced at $11 for Michigan residents) to the owners of the first 600 Michigan-registered vehicles that currently don’t have the Recreation Passport. Complimentary Recreation Passports will be distributed through 2:30 p.m. or until 600 have been given away.
Bread and circuses, folks. Bread and circuses.

She Must Mean Terminating and Prosecuting Kirk Steudle

Well, Boobus Michiganderus in CD-12 who elected her, go ahead, explain to the rest of us what the barking moonbat is trying to convey.
Debbie Dingle on roads "You've got to tell your state legislators to get some balls"
— Christopher Klaver (@cklaver) May 29, 2015
Because both the Senate, and House Transportation Committees sure as hell are not doing their jobs when it comes to roads and boondoggle trains? For that matter, this guy, closely aligned with Steudle, and his *special department* sure makes a habit of stumbling around with his thumb up his ass on trains, roads, and other MI-GOP payola, too.
Bottom line. From how a rational mind reads Debbie’s brassy statement is not much different than what our state legislators are doing now: throwing more money at a problem without cutting the wasteful ineptness and blatant corruption within MDOT.
You see otherwise? Drop a comment below.

There’s little doubt that between the generations of Romneys, Rakoltas and the Milliken-fanboys now with firm control of the Party apparatchik that they will transform Michigan to The Reds.
Congratulations, Boobus Michiganderus. Y’all blew it.

Life at “inception”

Get a load of this smear job (No, I’m not giving links to Finley for any advertising hits).
So, basically, slimy nincompoop Nolan wants an amoral society of worker-bees funding a big bifarceisan government or, debt slaves. Well, the bald bastard has just that in the Snyder/Calley administration. It sucks only in other fashion from the prior big spenders.
Nevertheless, there is the ugly truth about what the MI-GOP has become. For those who will be voting next month, when you look around the room at everybody, and you don’t see who “the mark” is – it is you. Tho, I’m rather confident the Party apparatchik will double-down on stupid.
History proves it has again and again!

And in Other News… Water is Wet

Happen to notice this gem of true Romney/Rockefeller Republicanism in the Twitter feed sidebar? Unfortunately, with most focused on Snyder and Calley’s annually increasing $2,000,000,000 tax hike ‘wants’ on May 5th, pragmatic clown Nolan pumping our legislators to ram through Bolger’s Wholesale fuel tax hike boondoggle with same ratchet mechanism, which much to our disappointment this guy breathed new life in that false premise of throwing $1.2B more at a deeply flawed MDOT, and the looming Wayne County bailout. Did I forget to mention Snyder and Calley’s costly Green Energy mandate with 100% government bureaucrat control? Yes, that too. Well, here’s another one of Snyder and Calley’s latest big government central-planning ‘wants’ is deserving some attention, too.
In an interview that aired Monday on Michigan Public Radio Network stations, Snyder said it will be a “huge issue” if Michigan residents are no longer able to qualify for the
incentives[wealth redistribution]. He said U.S. Rep. Fred Upton, R-St. Joseph, is leading discussion of a possible congressional solution if the tax credits are denied.Short of that, Snyder said he would ask the Republican-controlled Legislature to make Michigan’s a state-run exchange.
“That raises the issue, should we be looking at a state exchange, and that’s a dialogue I’d have to have with the Legislature,” Snyder told MPR’s Rick Pluta.
Wouldn’t the Romney clan’s other Utah friends like Mike Leavitt, just love that? Cha-ching again! says those connected with BC/BS of Michigan. And, if one has read about Upton’s so-called “off-ramp” they’d quickly realize it’s just more of the same fixed market government overreach (yep, Ron Paul included) serving to illustrate how “R” is for reversing into a ditch when those with a “D” gladly drive off a cliff with the accelerator pedal mashed through the radiator. Is there reason why Rick Snyder is on the Top 10 List? You betchya.
And, it only gets worse.

Our wayward Elected Class spending saga continues via WXYZ
This pay-to-play wasteful spending has got to stop. So does this crap.
“I don’t like to look backwards. I’m a guy who looks forward and solves problems,” Pscholka said.
What a pompous, can-kicking schmuck, but, there it is as plain as day. Rick Snyder’s playbook line used to justify his actions as a big spending, everyone connected gets a kickback Republican. You folks tired of hearing it yet? Guess not. Methinks, there’s a growing consensus they all should just be thankful there is a disinterested, ill-informed, and apathetic electorate otherwise all the Oath sworn f****** would be hearing footsteps in their sleep.
In other words, this is the government that has been consented to by our vote. Pay up, suckers…
Ps. thanks for the empty words, Colbeck you fraud.
