    The Dems are still Bailing.

All the talk of a dead Tea Party, weakened Republican party, conservative sitting on their hands, etc...  One only has to look as far as a finger-in-the-wind wielding Roy Schmidt.  Schmidt, following the in-trade expectations of crushing defeat of legislators on the left has realigned his loyalties.  Michigan GOP chair Bobby Schostak says:"

"Representative Roy Schmidt is the latest casualty of the Democratic Party's extreme agenda of politics ahead people, and I applaud Rep. Schmidt for choosing to put his convictions and constituents first by joining the Republican Party. Michigan's economic comeback has just begun and there is still a lot of work to be done. But, make no mistake, the parties could not be any different - Republicans continue to offer serious solutions to defend Michigan's turnaround while Democrats hope to return Michigan to the days of broken budgets, big deficits and failed policies that will derail Michigan's comeback."
But conveniently, no conservative shelled out the $100 to  file and primary him on the Republican side.

He will be facing Democrat Matt Mojzak for the 76th state house seat.

    Been here before?

    We shall see.

A two-term incumbent with seal of approval from the MEA and Bill Millikens' EnviroTard Club is treading water, pulls an Arlen Sphincter move, and Baghdad Bobby Schostak thinks he's cutting a hog in the ass.

Oy vey!  Talk about making folks want to stay home on election day.

Openly Obama voting stooge who cuts his own hair to primary Shirkey.

Yup.  Chalk up another one for Baghdad Bobby's RINO recruiting team.

    Fake Tea Party round 2 (none / 0) (#6)

Schmidt's petition was filed 10 minutes before the deadline. Oh, did he mention that he also filed the Democrats petition at the same time? Or that Matt Mojzak is his nephew's friend?

No, I kid you not.   And this is the Republicans strategy? Can anyone say Fake Tea Party version 2? At least the Democrats has some deniability, Schmidt sounds like a moron and his Republican handler's even bigger ones.
