I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for this oversight on Schuette's part- like, that statement got by him because he was so busy preparing his challenge to the SCOTUS gay marriage ruling based on the failure of two Justices illegally refusing to recuse themselves from the case.
Oh, wait...........he didn't quite get around to that one.
So maybe it was the other way around?
He couldn't prepare the challenge because he was too busy working on the Bush Campaign infrastructure in Michigan?

I hate republican primaries! I would like to pick a "winner" early, and change as information, and polling, indicates who can possibly beat the democrats and give us a more conservative nation. Combining the two is not easy. The fighting, name calling, and animosity created between members of a general conservative members of a tea party type group destroys the ability of the group to work together on issues and well as focuses the final election on voting for the bad choice of the gop instead of keeping a left liberal and their minions out of power. We have lost the last 2 major elections because our gop candidate was less then perfect on some issues. Damn those who demand perfection in others! Carly IS the best conservative candidate who can beat the crap out of Hilliary.. She is more capable then most, of being able to put together the 5000 appointed officeholders who will run the government! I have said my piece for the day.
