Constitution

Since when did, “We surrender unconditionally, wholeheartedly and unequivocally”, ever lead to accomplishing anything?

Well, it’s in the hopper.

Yesterday afternoon, Rep. LaFave introduced HR 324 to initiate impeachment proceeding against one Gretchen Esther Whitmer.

Take you pick on which one is the best reason:

  • Abusing her power.
  • Adversely affecting the education of millions of Michigan Students by depriving them of a proper education. (Work with me on this one, people)
  • Ignoring her oath of office and using the Michigan Constitution to wipe her backside with.
  • The deaths of thousands of Michigan Seniors with her “orders”.

The bill has been referred to the Committee on Government Operations.

It’s fate is inexplicably in limbo given SML Shirkey and Speaker Chatfield’s rather unusual tactic of waving the white flag, even after they both criticized the untold damage her actions have wrought on Michigan’s economy and general well being given her “orders” this year alone.

When you let a petulant child run wild for as long as you both have, and fail to act as a responsible adult (you know, that office you ran for), what other possible outcome did you expect?

My advice to readers, light up the phone lines, people!

YOUR elected officials can be reached here and here.

Speaker Lee Chatfield groveling on his knees before a democrat.

It’s now or never!

It took you long enough?

I guess that he has never heard of something called “e-mail” (or even a facsimile machine or even a telephone).

Isn’t technology grand?

Not content to get upstaged by his democrat comrades down the street with how far they are willing to break the law in order to steal the election (and win “brownie points” within the MDP), Macounb County Clerk Fred Miller decided to take his time in letting his fellow clerks within Macomb County know when voters should be removed from the rolls.

According to Channel 7 (yes, the same Channel 7 that practically tripped over itself to run cover for the voting debacle at Cobo Hall), Clinton Township Clerk Kim Meltzer received last week a stack of death certificates of Macomb County Voters to be removed from voter rolls.

Clinton Township Clerk Kim Meltzer

The problem?

Those death certificates arrived on November 6th…days after their votes had been counted.

I shouldn’t have to remind anyone that dead people cannot vote here in Michigan.

Even when the clerk has access to a Ouija Board.

Nope, sorry, can’t do it no matter how much you want it to be so.

Naturally, Macomb County Clerk Fred Miller could not be bothered to respond.

Not that it matters much. He will be out of that office on Friday Morning, January 1st!

Do-Over

Michigan statewide results are unworthy of certification, period.

Michigan’s top election official has soiled the bed.

Not unexpected, but very real and is as evident as the mess dripping off 6tally sheets in Detroit since counting started Tuesday evening.  Giving Jocelyn Benson the benefit of the doubt, I guess we could call the entire affair ..gross incompetence.  You can decide if it is enough to explain illegal mailings, purposefully overwhelming clerks with procedure changes, and dropping late notice and unnecessary and illegal rules about firearms in election places.

Her office is apparently unavailable at the most critical times during the count, and when fraud is literally happening before folks eyes, there is no adherence to state law.  To call this ‘planned malfeasance’ would be a compliment, as the evidence piles up making the case for felony election manipulation seemingly only possible in 2020.

In 2016 there weren’t agents in Michigan’s top offices. In 2016 they didn’t see Donald Trump even having even the slightest chance of winning the ‘blue state’ of Michigan.  It’s 2020, and three criminals run the prison, and they saw him coming this time.

Antrim County offers a glimpse at what might happen when we have problems with electronic equipment and such, but Detroit is as Detroit as it has ever been, and with it’s large population, it offers great cover for the largest election fraud operation ever perpetrated on the voters in Michigan.  this state has seen it for decades, and that is why there are laws that protect the sanctity of the vote, and why there are procedures to allow challenges to illegal ballots and over counting.

This time it was overwhelming, and those laws are being ignored.  Ballots appearing after cut off times, ballots being re-run, ballots with no names being run?  Challengers are being kept away from inspecting after calling out these problems, and a majority of this action happening in one particular place.

Any judge looking to answer the Trump campaign’s concerns on this will have to have options however.

There Are No Coincidences

Conspiracies theories are no longer theories when facts bear them out.

I cannot imagine the level of work it took to produce this video.

Clearly it threatens someone. Efforts to dissuade people from taking it seriously have been non stop since it was announced. Effort to outright ban it are next.

Already, Twitter warns users that they might get a virus from watching it, FB deletes when they find it, Google gives you some amazingly synchronized results when searching for it, and the maker’s site has been DDOS attacked non stop since it was released.

It is one and a quarter hour long.   For those of you who know how, please download, share, and keep it alive. The makers grant a full license to distribute freely.

UAW Snitch Patrol

Michigan's UAW leadership once again works against the membership's best interest.

In 2010, it was the UAW which attempted to rewrite our state constitution in a single petition drive with the Reform Michigan Government Now bruhaha.

They have continued to work against legitimate efforts to bring automaker jobs back to Michigan since that time. all efforts of course in an attempt to secure more power for Democrat malfeasance.   Even Donald Trump has done more to secure UAW workers jobs in our state than all Democrat Michiganian leadership combined.

But here they go again.

On Friday, the UAW decided they would support at any cost, the power grab by Dem governor Wretched Grifter.  A blast was sent out claiming that ‘Unlock Michigan’ efforts are making false claims and attempting to take away the Governor’s power to “Do everything she can to keep Michigan working families safe.”

It doesn’t stop there however.  The UAW wants folks who received this blast (presumably it’s membership) to “report or record any petition gathering activities ..”  [Insert record scratch here]

If you want a job done right…

Gosh!

Whatever shall our glorious leader do?

She’s goes off the reservation and issues even more illegal and unconstitutional “orders” for her loyal subjects to obey without question.

So, what does she do when no one is following her “orders” (at least here in Macomb, anyways)?

Succumbing to fear porn (or how to utterly destroy Michigan’s economy in one easy step).

If you’re like me, you were probably looking forward towards traveling around our state with family & friends over the spring and summer to enjoy the amenities that it has to offer. Maintaining traditions like those are one of the things that I had enjoyed about living in our state.

That was how things used to be.

Welcome to the “new normal”.

Michigan United for Liberty – “Sunday Funday” Cancellation

From my inbox (For those who are en route or considering attending):

We will not be associated with political terrorism in any manner.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Michigan United For Liberty, a grassroots organization of over 9,000 members in Michigan, has canceled its Michiganders’ Marketplace “Sunday Funday” freedom celebration at the Michigan Capitol, which had been scheduled for 1pm on Sunday the 31st.

The decision was immediately made when the group was informed that another group of demonstrators plans to descend on the Capitol that same day, ostensibly to protest the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin.

Despite Chauvin’s immediate firing, subsequent arrest, and the President announcing a Justice Department investigation into the incident, rioters in Minneapolis robbed and burned innocent businesses to the ground, overran a police precinct, assaulted officers, and committed other acts of senseless violence.

Riots have broken out in numerous other major U.S. cities.

“We will not allow our message of peaceful, law-abiding, positive resistance to be conflated with the violent and unlawful actions of unrelated groups, and we cannot ask our members and supporters to put themselves in harm’s way,” said MUFL spokesman Adam de Angeli. “We will not be associated with political terrorism in any manner.”

While Michigan United For Liberty acknowledges the seriousness of the issue of police brutality, the group is committed to – and must remain focused on – ending Governor Whitmer’s unconstitutional lockdown orders that are destroying the lives and livelihoods of Michiganders with every passing day. Regrettably, the organization sees no possibility of its positive message being clearly conveyed with another protest happening at the same place and time.

Instead, Michigan United For Liberty encourages its members carry out the spirit of the scheduled event – opposing and defying the governor’s unconstitutional lockdown orders – on Sunday by going to church, getting together with friends, and being productive members of society.

“Our movement honors the tradition of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who understood that only through non-violence can we achieve justice,” de Angeli continued. “We had hoped to send that message once again with an upbeat freedom celebration on Sunday afternoon, but given the circumstances, it’s clearly better that we simply move forward, roll out our legislative program and grassroots leadership program, and steer clear of this danger.

“Our movement is of creators – workers, builders, artists, doctors, entrepreneurs – united against the governor’s destructive orders. The risk of getting mixed up with potentially violent protesters over a separate issue is just not worth it.”
