I see a similarity here. “Standing.” That magical word judges love to toss around when they want to clear their…

Lawlessness In Lansing?

The Court of Claims today shot down another power grab by the SoS.

This is a good thing.  But not the first time.

Ignoring years of established law on subjects ranging from when votes are counted, to the secretary trying to avoid administrative procedure,  Benson is carrying on SOP.  Arguably the most corrupt official in State government today, and there is one more act from her office that needs to be called out.

Right To Life of Michigan posted this image (on the right) on FB today, a photo of a ‘sample ballot’ issued by the SoS.  It was originally thought to be a ballot, but the state department ‘assured them’ that it was ONLY a sample ballot.

The ballot in question was missing the names of Brock Swartzle, Mary Kelly, and Elizabeth Welch. So ONLY a sample ballot means that the real ballots contain ALL the names, right?  And gosh, Welch (the left’s less-than-stellar nominee) was missing too ..so all is ok?

Right?

It’s Time to Defund U of M

It’s time to put the cards on the table, especially, since this state has a Democrat governor that chose to ignore her Constitutionally limited position and through her actions blew a $6B dollar hole in our state budget.

University of Michigan’s endowment fund 10/17/2019 = $12.4 BILLION.

University of Michigan, given by our state legislators for 2020 = $325,531,500 dollars of coerced TAXPAYER’S money.

Why is this being brought up?

Here’s Your Opportunity Big Gretch

But first, a YUGE shout-out to this man here.

OK, now to the meat and potatoes.

Misdemeanor charges are being dropped against a Michigan barber who defied Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and reopened his shop last spring during the coronavirus pandemic, a lawyer said Monday.

The case against Karl Manke of Owosso fizzled after the Michigan Supreme Court on Oct. 2 said Whitmer used an unconstitutional law as the foundation for emergency orders to control the virus, David Kallman said.
….

Kallman said the Shiawassee County Prosecutor’s Office is dropping the case.

Rule of Law and common sense prevails. Time for celebration? Mmmm, not so fast.
