Opinion

It took you long enough?

I guess that he has never heard of something called “e-mail” (or even a facsimile machine or even a telephone).

Isn’t technology grand?

Not content to get upstaged by his democrat comrades down the street with how far they are willing to break the law in order to steal the election (and win “brownie points” within the MDP), Macounb County Clerk Fred Miller decided to take his time in letting his fellow clerks within Macomb County know when voters should be removed from the rolls.

According to Channel 7 (yes, the same Channel 7 that practically tripped over itself to run cover for the voting debacle at Cobo Hall), Clinton Township Clerk Kim Meltzer received last week a stack of death certificates of Macomb County Voters to be removed from voter rolls.

Clinton Township Clerk Kim Meltzer

The problem?

Those death certificates arrived on November 6th…days after their votes had been counted.

I shouldn’t have to remind anyone that dead people cannot vote here in Michigan.

Even when the clerk has access to a Ouija Board.

Nope, sorry, can’t do it no matter how much you want it to be so.

Naturally, Macomb County Clerk Fred Miller could not be bothered to respond.

Not that it matters much. He will be out of that office on Friday Morning, January 1st!

The ‘Dangler’ Algorithm.

The angle of the dangle is proportionate to it's straight ticket mass.

Yeah ..it’s an hour and 10 minutes.

Once you start, you won’t want to quit however.  Dr. Shiva does a great job of tracing the algorithm used to defraud Trump voters by targeting higher percentage GOP precincts identified by the way people vote.

You may never ‘straight ticket’ again.

Its time to start arresting folks.

Do-Over

Michigan statewide results are unworthy of certification, period.

Michigan’s top election official has soiled the bed.

Not unexpected, but very real and is as evident as the mess dripping off 6tally sheets in Detroit since counting started Tuesday evening.  Giving Jocelyn Benson the benefit of the doubt, I guess we could call the entire affair ..gross incompetence.  You can decide if it is enough to explain illegal mailings, purposefully overwhelming clerks with procedure changes, and dropping late notice and unnecessary and illegal rules about firearms in election places.

Her office is apparently unavailable at the most critical times during the count, and when fraud is literally happening before folks eyes, there is no adherence to state law.  To call this ‘planned malfeasance’ would be a compliment, as the evidence piles up making the case for felony election manipulation seemingly only possible in 2020.

In 2016 there weren’t agents in Michigan’s top offices. In 2016 they didn’t see Donald Trump even having even the slightest chance of winning the ‘blue state’ of Michigan.  It’s 2020, and three criminals run the prison, and they saw him coming this time.

Antrim County offers a glimpse at what might happen when we have problems with electronic equipment and such, but Detroit is as Detroit as it has ever been, and with it’s large population, it offers great cover for the largest election fraud operation ever perpetrated on the voters in Michigan.  this state has seen it for decades, and that is why there are laws that protect the sanctity of the vote, and why there are procedures to allow challenges to illegal ballots and over counting.

This time it was overwhelming, and those laws are being ignored.  Ballots appearing after cut off times, ballots being re-run, ballots with no names being run?  Challengers are being kept away from inspecting after calling out these problems, and a majority of this action happening in one particular place.

Any judge looking to answer the Trump campaign’s concerns on this will have to have options however.

The usual suspects (Updated).

Short update from my earlier post today.

After waking up and finding that my phone has blown up with texts, I’ve been told by my sources onsite that the City of Detroit is up to its old tricks when it comes to election shenanigans.

After a pallet of ballots (yes, I said pallet), mysteriously appeared without any documentation as to its source, Detroit election officials began to play games with observers by letting Republican Poll Watchers leave the ballot counting room in Cobo Hall throughout the day, but would NOT let their replacements enter the room, claiming that their numbers were “violating” Detroit’s Wuhan Virus policies.

When things began getting contentious after being locked out (and Detroit PD called on scene), Detroit election officials began covering the windows to the room, so that no outside observers could see what was happening inside.

Just a quick reminder to readers that this isn’t the fist time that Detroit election officials have played games with elections.

During the ’16 Presidential Election, Detroit election officials couldn’t reconcile an issue where 59% of the precincts poll books did not match the results from the polling machines.

Back in August of this year, the Wayne County Board of Canvassers were made aware of problems with counting being done incorrectly (i.e. counting beginning before the required poll books were available) and how insecure the ballots were in transit to Cobo Hall for counting.

NUMEROUS issues with poll books were reported in a subsequent meeting.

And, of yeah, I cannot forget to mention how large amounts of AV ballots mysteriously went “missing”.

It should be noted that the Vice Chair of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers, is one Jonathan C. Kinloch. Aide to Gretchen Whitmer and Chairman of the 13th Congressional District Democrats (“The Mighty 13th”). Along with that brief introduction, he has a very interesting history not included in his bio that I may go into at a later date.

So not getting too far off topic, where was our Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson at during all of this?

Stay tuned…

Scratch that!

Nope, nothing irregular or questionable happening here!

Even more incriminating footage (start watching at 5:27 mark).

Anyone want to take a wild guess as to how many election protocols have been violated in just that above clip alone?

Are we really surprised?

This really shouldn’t have come as a surprise to anyone.

Even Little Stevie Wonder could’ve see this one coming!

Despite all of the information to the contrary (along with the BEST efforts of the Michigan Sec. of State to screw things up as much as humanly possible…THANK YOU  Jocelyn Benson), what simply should’ve been a formality, meaning counting ballots and giving us a clear indication of who won last night, was turned into a huge dumpster fire that is still ablaze as you are reading this post the morning after the election.

Multiple tabulators going down in Northern Macomb County, local/statewide media who are still “awaiting a definitive count” before reporting what we all know to be true and this isn’t even going too much into the legal clown show that will ensue once those numbers ARE released to the public.

I’m going to go into this more detail on this later (I’m still very tired for obvious reasons).

Keep the faith, True Believers and stay tuned.

Narrative Brokers Don’t Like Rule Of Law

It is especially sad that the writer of a recent editorial may actually think this way ..for real.

I often marvel at how a political perspective can be so exposed in a single editorial.

The left would upend all manner of things traditional Americans and Michiganians stand for. Rule-of-law, constitutional authority, and what constitutes voting access. Today, the Traverse City Record Eagle editorial bemoaned the decision by the Michigan Appeals Court to uphold our state statute regarding absentee ballots:

“There’s nothing more frustrating than a last-minute rules change.

But that’s exactly what voters face after a three-judge panel at the Michigan Court of Appeals decided to overturn a lower court’s decision about how and when absentee votes should be counted.”

Actually, the rules have been in place for 66 years. One would think THAT is enough time to get your affairs in order to vote. The rules are the rules, and Act 116 of 1954, MCL 168.764a provides the rules for absentee voting, and specifically in Step 6: “The ballot must reach the clerk or an authorized assistant of the clerk before the close of the polls on election day. An absent voter ballot received by the clerk or assistant of the clerk after the close of the polls on election day will not be counted. “

So there is that.  (it continues ..)

Something Doesn’t Add Up

We are in deep doo-doo or ..'science' is simply out of control.

Fish are spreading the China virus.

Well maybe not that, but something strange is going on.  Researchers are only now discovering the virus on the beaches of Lake Superior. WZZM reports that weekly testing has finally revealed another danger to our very existence.

”  It’s mysterious, as Melvin says, because since the Fourth of July, he’s been taking samples every weekend from eight beaches along Lake Superior and testing them with his team for the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Nothing.

Then, after sampling the weekend of September 11, he found trace amounts of the virus in water along four Duluth beaches: Brighton Beach, the 42nd Avenue beach, the beach near Leif Erickson park, and the beach on Park Point near the Franklin Tot Lot.   “

Which is particularly odd if we operate under the assumption that sunlight or UV light within sunlight kills Covid-19 within 30 minutes.

Or does it?  Try #DuckGo ing sunlight and Covid-19.  Half is dedicated to “YES – Sunlight kills it,” and the other half is “Wait – Not so fast!” ..Hoo boy.

My guess?  Someone is messing with the equipment, someone handling the tests is infected, or someone is looking for a grant.  When something makes zero sense, it either is as ludicrous as it seems OR it is intentional.

Or we really are in the middle of the apocalypse.

Malfeasance Or Involuntary Manslaughter

Could a Supreme Court decision open the door to legal sanctions?

Michigan’s governor continues to violate the law.

Tomorrow begins that part of the process where our state’s highest court decides whether it agrees with our laws and constitution.  It will decide whether it will join the executive branch and perform legal ju-jitsu to ‘protect’ Michigan citizens from the pandemic, or whether it will take the absolute legal and uncomfortable route of holding each of the branches to the purposefully limited and separated authority they wield.

There are reasons each branch of our government hold powers that are separate and distinct.  This pandemic has very much revealed what happens when that separation is not upheld immediately.  People through no act of their own will die needlessly.

A case before the Michigan Supreme Court suggest as much.  An opinion piece in USA today highlights the plaintiff’s many concerns for the patients under his care.

One of my patients came to see me when he felt like he had nowhere else to turn. The governor’s orders prevented him from getting regular treatment for his diabetes. By the time he came to me, he was in a full-on medical emergency. He told me about an odor coming from his foot — it turned out to be gangrene. His kidneys were in full-blown failure.

We rushed him to the nearest hospital, but it was too late. His foot had to be amputated. And then, just days later, he died from complications.

None of this trauma had to happen. But happen it did, because of shortsighted executive orders issued unilaterally by Gov. Whitmer.

Irresponsible action from the governor, and the slow-to-act courts have resulted in misery and death for Michiganians.

Add to this the already huge death numbers of those exposed to the China virus in nursing homes due to the governor’s actions, it should give pause to those who think government protects us in any meaningful way.  Clearly we cannot put our faith in those who are willing to break the law, if even ‘for our own good.’

Malfeasance and criminal disregard for the law must have consequence.

Such a concept is no stranger to the rest of us.  Should it give pause to the state’s highest court as deliberations are made?  Should the court waffle in it’s responsibilities in order to protect the sanctity of absolute government authority, or should it uphold the law which renders government leaders accountable and responsible?

And should an affirmative verdict that the governor has broken the law be issued, what are the consequences?  What should they be?

We know.  We know what the answer is.

And it should never have to be decided in such a way again.

Pusscakes Was NEVER A Republican

Former cow box king joins the losers club.

There are Republicans, and there are those who abuse the title so they can assume power.

Power is the aspiration of the leftist. And even ‘nice’ leftists want to have power so they can perform their niceness on the population. Benevolence and ‘caring’ are more important than the truth and harshness and character building of real life.

And heaven forbid anyone is a bully. Pusscakes Snyder, noted abortionatarian and politically cross dressing slide-rule sucker is following his mentor BK Bill, and John Kasuck into the oblivion of former governors who were elected as Republicans but proved the point that even a chicken can dress as a dog.

The Two Term Michigan serial Killer, nerd funder, and Obamacare expander is the latest to dislike that big bully president Donald J Trump.

“A great leader treats people with respect even when they present different opinions. Without a variety of views and opinions, we would have no innovation or creativity in our nation. Being a bully and being strong are not the same thing. Being strong is standing up for your convictions. Being a bully is trying to intimidate those who are perceived to be weaker or a threat. As a proud nerd, I had to deal with bullies over many years; it is tragedy watching our world suffer from one.”

I suppose one might take a lesson from this.

He did not get enough swirlies.
