Will it Bring Back Michael Lee Smith?

Sorry, dear, go wash your coochee.

Rebecca Smith, 44, who’s serving at least 25 years at the Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility in Pittsfield Township for a 2010 murder conviction, filed a class-action lawsuit this week against the Michigan Department of Corrections, along with other unnamed inmates.

As if Gretchen’s threat of a government shutdown if gas taxes aren’t raised in total to 89¢ per gallon is not enough… More bullshit for us taxpayers to navigate and pay for.

Here’s the part that pisses me off.

Berkley, Michigan, in December 2002 and the body of Michael Lee Smith was found dumped in a ditch, he’d been shot twice and was wearing just a t-shirt and his wedding ring.

Detectives soon worked out that he’d been killed elsewhere and some family members told police he may have boarded a bus and headed out of town.

However, eventually the evidence led much closer to home and to his wife 32-year-old Rebecca Maureen Smith, who was arrested for his murder. She was eventually found guilty of second-degree murder and sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison.

Oh, please, please, please pick me as a jurist for the itchy scratchy class action lawsuit brought on by the murderer of her own husband.

I promise to remain impartial.

Go. READ THIS

Now, watch.

Do any of you see or, hear his active-duty union brothers speaking up about this? F*** no. And, I’ll share why you will not… it’s because it is all one big incestuous circle-jerk between the thieves in the legislature and, the sleazy shysters who they answer to. Besides, when it comes to those shinny badges it’s only about securing money for those union pensions in mismanaged municipalities. No, seriously.

Speaking of union pensions… ironically, SB 22 is up for discussion tomorrow morning at 9am in the House Appropriations Committee. Didja notice the name of the cosponsor? If you guessed a retired LEO taking care of union brothers by creating a special carveout for 96 of his friends, then you guessed right. Hey, you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours, right?

Nofs-copsucker

Only in the public sector does one see this kind of crap so, why does Boobus Michiganderus continue to consent to it?

Sen. Jones is on a Roll

As if it wasn’t just a few days ago we here at RightMi.com learned of Sen. Rick Jones creating carve-outs for his fellow retired LEO brethren. Today, we learn that Sen. Jones has taken it upon himself to gift a little extra in the till to those beloved public sector retirees in Schuette’s Office.

Hinky_Bill2015 Senate Bill 12: Allow pension double-dipping by “retired” Attorney General employees

Yes, unanimous vote so, it must meet Lansing’s bifarceisan two-party standard. Still have doubts about the legalese jihadi cabal ruling supreme? Just look no further than their former revenue recruiting LEO who champions a wallet lining statute.

Makes one wonder if it’s an old prosecutor’s office bootlicking reflex or, just riding out of office in a payola bang?

All Hail the Utopians!

Here comes yet another bailout of .FEDGOV web of entanglement for the Cesspool of Detoilet.

It’s a basic human right: water. [snip]

*cough*bullsh!t*cough* Provide where it is written. Anywhere. What passes for journalism, anymore.

But could the United Nations soon help the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department provide the service to struggling customers?

Water department spokeswoman Curtrise Garner says it’s a possibility — but for now, the water bills must be paid.

“We do have programs that do help those that are just totally in need; can’t afford it — but we also know that there are also people who can’t afford it would can not pay and we know this because, once we shut water off, the next day they are in paying the bill in full. So we do know that that has become a habit as well,” said Garner.

And while Garner says water is “a God-given right,” [like Ghey “marriage”. See what I did there?] she says there is a cost to move water from the water resource to the customer and that the infrastructure costs money.

According to the Free Press, the average Detroit water bill is now $75 a month — much higher than the nation’s average rate of about $40.

FourOdiousAssholesDamn near double the national average. I’m sure the Public-Private DRIC Bridge will be as efficient. I’m shocked, SHOCKED I tell ya.

Disgusting. Can’t come up with $2.50 per day but, have money for going to those three casinos, attending Go Team! nonsense, and plasma HD Tee Vees are a “God-given right” like Obamaphones are too.

Just try teaching our youth that Communism is wrong these days.
