SML Shirkey & Speaker Chatfield: OPEN👏THIS👏DAMN👏STATE👏UP👏

Now it’s clear why Nasty Nessel abandoned Wuhan Whitmer so fast.

At minimum P58112 should be disbarred if not put in jail.

Let’s disregard everything being promoted by Fake News and, recap SCOMI.

7 – 0 said 1976 law cannot be used again for COVID-19 by Whitmer.

4 – 3 said 1945 EPGA is unconstitutional for any governor to use- EVER!

There is no 21 days. “The filing of a motion for reconsideration does not stay the effect of the order addressed in the motion.” That goes for the Heath Department and this jagoff as well.

Oh, and one more thing…

Amen, President Trump! Leaders lead.

It’s enough of the bullshit: OPEN MICHIGAN UP! No more making deals with this corrupt, lawless administration, Shirkey and Chatfield. Pissed off Michiganians are informed and watching.

Oh, and YOU get off your ass and go Vote In Person: Mary Kelly, Brock Swartzle, John James, and of course, President Donald J. Trump.

You Betcha! (27)Nuh Uh.(0)

Letting Department of Health Gordon continue the orders is clearly exposing the fact that administrators have more power than the legislature or the governor. So, all that needs to happen is for the legislature to declare the emergency over, thus there's nothing to regulate. End of story. It's over and Gretch and Gordon have filed a motion with the state supremes asking for clarification. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Let me be clear--the emergency ended April 30, 2020.

Oh, and did I state that I was threatened with arrest for failing to wear a mask in a county building TODAY. And, the only way to enter the building is forced contact tracing, by a youngster who was confused as to who his employer was and who owned the building where he was working. Also, the county building is by "appointment only" can you imagine this? making an appointment with your elected and government employees. Is it just me that find this unconstitutional??? I kept telling him I own this building and you are my employee, but he insisted he's employed by the security firm and not the county HAHAHAHA. But, I said, I still own the building. If I had more time, I would have waited for the cops to "arrest" me for trespassing on public property for refusing to wear a mask and violating my constitutional rights. The forced Contact tracing is ABSOLUTELY A 4TH AMENDMENT VIOLATION.

Big Gretch is losing her mind because Michigan is no longer able to tap FEMA monies without a State Declaration of Emergency.

The game comes to an end, with our greatest President ever telling Crazy Nancy to go piss up a rope.

Some governors do in fact know how to lead.

“Despite significant disfunction in Congress, President Trump continues to problem solve and provide great leadership during this recovery effort,” said Governor Noem. “My administration is very grateful for the additional flexibility that this effort would have provided, but South Dakota is in the fortunate position of not needing to accept it. South Dakota’s economy, having never been shut down, has recovered nearly 80% of our job losses. South Dakota is the only state in the nation that didn’t have extended benefits kick in because our insured unemployment rate has been the lowest in the nation. We have the third best housing construction market in the country. And many, many businesses are looking to relocate to South Dakota because of the decisions we made during the pandemic. South Dakota is open for business – that applies to our business owners and their employees.”

Other governors are if not incompetent, are outright criminal.

      Love you all, Trumplicans!

      God bless.

hmm.. curious if the state must pay back monies if technically there was no state of emergency?

Jason, in a sane Michigan, I would say yes, restitution must be made for those wrongfully charged by this criminal administration's actions. In the meantime, I would prefer that our Republican legislature walk away from Wuhan Whitmer, and throw their weight behind this effort. It's the only way this state will begin to heal itself from Gretchen's destructive agenda to steal votes for pedoJoe.

That said, when Democrats are in control... it's all "in between bites" sound and directives clown world.

Yep... touch the hell out of that germ-collecting face diaper, Gavin!
