Michigan’s Energy Senate Bill 437/ VOTE NO!

Cronyism alive and well in Lansing with renewable energy mandate 'lighting' it up.

fuscaldoThe Michigan Chamber of Commerce and the two energy oligopolists in Michigan, through their lobbyists are attempting to railroad through a lame duck Michigan legislature Senate Bill 437. The bill would line the pockets of the energy oligopolists with subsidies and alleged necessary rate increases. The “climate change” advocates are being bribed to support the legislation because the legislation includes the production of more renewable energy in Michigan via windmills, etc. pursuant to Granholm’s 2008 Renewable Energy Mandate.

The following quote is from the linked article that substantiates the claim that in view of the 2016 Presidential Election results the legislature should stand fast and not support this wind fall profit package to the energy oligopolists and climate change advocates.

QUOTE: “The election of Donald Trump as the next president of the United States and the GOP maintaining control of the U.S. House and Senate means the key reason for pushing forward with Senate Bill 437, a bill that will revise utility regulations in Michigan, has effectively gone away.”

Breaking – Illegal Voting In Traverse City

We are becoming a nation of the lawless.

Sometimes law enforcement or appropriate legal action arrives too late.

This morning, I learned about an election law violator.  A call from a contact in Lansing gave me the heads up on a high profile lawbreaker in Traverse City.  Apparently, Michael Moore thought it would be good to let people not just know how he voted, but to broadcast the image of his ballot explicitly:

Gosh, haven’t we been warned incessantly by the media constantly about how showing pictures of our ballots is illegal?

Certainly in Michigan it is.

Yes, You Want To Vote For Trump.

U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speaks at the Family Leadership Summit in AmesDonald Trump will likely be our next president.

It should really come as no surprise, but due to the nature of folks holding their voting choices close to the vest, the media has seemed content to report that he is already an also-ran candidate. We know better, and so do some on the other side.

Yes, on November 8, you Joe Blow, Steve Blow, Bob Blow, Billy Blow, all the Blows get to go and blow up the whole goddamn system because it’s your right. Trump’s election is going to be the biggest ‘f*** you’ ever recorded in human history and it will feel good.

Yeah.  We quoted that guy.

Truly, if in fact he gets it, all of those inbetwixt he-and-I are likely to get it too. Yes, he is now screaming it is taken out of context, and that we should all go see his movie to see why, but he identified the underlying (and rightful) angst that actually exists.

There is no doubt that Hillary Clinton is the man, the machine, the mechanization of oppression and crap policy that leaves middle America feeling like a lone protester in Tianemen square after all of the cameras are turned off.

She offers more-of-the-same. And by golly there are few, if any folks who think that is a good thing.

Especially “more” of the same.

And of course, the tried and true ‘what is the definition of insanity?’ question comes in two parts. The first part of doing the same thing and expecting change is the gimme, but leaving in place the system that produces the same thing is the viral component that must be recognized as a continuation of it.

Michigan Board Of Education Picks

A change is needed at the Michigan Board of Ed, and it couldn't be soon enough.

choose-your-own-bathroomThe current Michigan State Board of Education has strayed from its mission.

It seems so long ago but it was only at the end of August that it approved its socially manipulative recommendations for bathroom use in our public schools. It thus confused the role of government in our children’s education, and is ensuring psychological deformation in our publicly educated youth going forward.

This doesn’t have to be this way.  Perhaps the public and parents can educate themselves, and elect a Board of Education that has education as it’s core mission?

The following candidates meet this need, and we recommend their selection next Tuesday.

Legally Enabling Theft

Multiple vulnerabilities and loopholes leave Michigan voters exposed to election fraud.

“I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this – who will count the votes, and how,” (Joseph Stalin, circa 1923). Often this quote is loosely interpreted as, “The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.”

Donald Trump has made clear in multiple speeches that he is under no illusion about being up against a rigged system, and that we cannot expect to correct such a system by relying on the trustworthiness of those who rigged the system in the first place. No, in order to reform a corrupted system, a critical mass of known trustworthy people must be placed inside the system, which often requires overwhelming the system at the ballot box. The problem with doing so is that we are required to rely upon a process where, in spite of clearly demonstrated key weaknesses and vulnerabilities, those charged with protecting the integrity of the process insist upon blaming the messenger rather than correcting the problems.

Billionaire Desperately Seeking Hillary

Hospital concern prepares itself for Dept of Justice assault.

joh_podesta_visiting_card

Wikileaks is incredible.

Its hard to look away as the latest and greatest insights into the mind of political players are exposed to the public eye.  Much of what we KNEW was going on, has been validated, and every day something new has opened our eyes as well.

John Podesta, if one takes the time to read his one line responses can easily be imagined as the cool character who knows everyone, can say volumes with a word, and has kept the Obama/Hillary train on the track as a masterful puppeteer.

The puzzle that is being put together before our eyes and only days away from the most important election of our lifetime is spattered with purposeful deception, organized chaos, and a drive to keep certain players in power.  Of course, money as the milk of politics is always subject matter, and the Hillary For America campaign will leave no stone unturned in order to fill the bucket.

john-mallikA great example of how Team Hillary works the money angle.

“After our meet and as per Vardhan’s advise, I went and met the Indian Billinaire Dr. Prem Reddy.Dr. Prem Reddy is a founder, Chairman and CEO of a privately held 44 hospital chain called Prime Healthcare. He would be interested in contributing large some of money (Over a million). We would like to discuss with you about the modalities.”

“Over a million.”

Let that sink in.  Over a million to a campaign for a candidate on the losing side of Citizens United.  Messaging not allowed, but direct assistance welcomed.

Rational Thought Required

fuscaldoWhile the women in the media and other “never Trumpers”  fret over Donald Trump’s alleged personal versions of the Vagina Monologues, they ignore how Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are destroying this country with consistently bad decisions and policy pertaining to the safety and security of this nation.

They and their minions of deceit, with a compliant Congress and incompetent Justice Department, cover up their failures and border line acts of treason. See link below (the fold) to the Benghazi failure and coverup.

Don’t you think it is time to use rational thought, reason and facts to determine the future of American sovereignty and exceptionalism? Regrettably, too many voters and the media are focused and rely on “genitalia” identification, alleged sexual improprieties and political party loyalty to do their thinking.

Southeastern Michigan’s Regional Transit Authority Millage Vote

rta-logo-jpgThe 20 year Regional Transit Authority, 1.2 mil property tax plan is on the ballot in four Southeastern Michigan counties, on November 8th. The public doesn’t seem to realize that this property tax will be imposed on all four counties, even if one or more of the counties reject it. A big change from past millage requests specifically designed to shove this tax down anti tax Macomb County’s throat. Michigan’s tax-and-spend establishment really wants this tax to pass.

Ford Focus SThe RTA master plan is $ 1.22 billion in new fare revenue, $ 3.1 to $ 3.3 billion in new property taxes, and $ 1.7 billion in new Federal & State subsidies. A grand total of $ 6 billion, more or less. Let’s say that the relatively modest increase in vehicle revenue miles provided by the RTA master plan – 32% – doubles their ridership. That $ 6 billion cost, divided by 78,327 new passengers, equals $ 76,602 per passenger over the 20 year period. You could buy every one of those 78,327 new riders a new car and pay for their fuel and insurance as well.  Instead, RTA will treat them to the urban mass transit experience.

Urban buses and other mass transit vehicles have a special ambiance with their diverse ridership and high level of maintenance. This experience is enhanced by the faint aroma of pepper spray, plus the full array of odors you would encounter in a hospital emergency room during an overwhelming disaster – except for disinfectant.  Bus scheduling allows those too poor to visit a casino or play online slots at Wizard Slots the opportunity to gamble daily on punctuality at their workplaces.

Why riders are unwilling to pay 20% of the cost of mass transit, and why mass transit funding has to be extracted from taxpayers using the threat of foreclosure.  On top of this, mass transit advocates have to raid road funding and vehicle registration fees to deliver their ‘service’.  No free market economics here, despite strong support from the Chamber of Commerce types.

About That Roe v Wade

Clinton, Trump and Wallace Fumbled the Abortion Question/ Supreme Court Discussion

fuscaldoIt appears both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump and the media (Chris Wallace) know very little if anything about the legal parameters pertaining to the alleged “constitutional right” to an abortion.

This conclusion is based on the discussion pertaining to the candidates’ position on abortion set forth in last night’s debate. The same is true for the main stream media and their “puppet” hosts, authors and pundits who defend Planned Parenthood. In short they don’t know enough to know what they don’t know.

Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), ruled that an illusionary right to privacy existed under the “penumbra” of the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment. A decision that has been criticized by many constitutional scholars on both sides of the aisle. This granted a limited right to a woman to have an abortion. Judge Blackmun held there is a broad right of privacy, although not explicitly set forth in the Constitution, that lurks in the “penumbras and shadows” of the Bill of Rights. This right of privacy allegedly grants women a right to have an abortion. Really? Contrary to popular belief, the Bill of Rights is not a positive grant of rights to the citizens, but a negative Bill of Limitations on what the Federal Government may not do, namely interfere with the rights retained by the states under the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution.
