It’s Time for a Grassroots Reality Check

Since at least Jan.6 – when it became abundantly clear that the election would be stolen and Trump would be ousted from the White House – the grassroots has been its own worst enemy.

Conservatives throughout the madness of a stolen election and the unprecedented fallout have grown increasingly desperate, relying on false idols to pied piper them with false hope and becoming increasingly unmoored to objective reality. In doing so they have empowered the RINOs and the far-left radicals by living up to the most caricatured portrayals of conservatives as humiliating, deranged crackpots who are not worth taking seriously.

Just look at all of the failures and dead ends that conservatives, populists, patriots, America Firsters, freedom lovers, and so forth have pursued over the past year.

We all hoped that the “Kraken” lawsuits offered by Sidney Powell and many other attorneys to challenge election fraud would come to fruition. They did not.

We all hoped that the Arizona forensic audit would be a game changer and have cascading ramifications throughout the country. Instead, it fizzled.

We all hoped there would be a “plan” of sorts from the Trump White House to deal with election fraud that everyone could see coming from a mile away. No such plan ever existed.

We heard how the military was going to reinstate Trump – mind you, the same military filling its leadership ranks with transgender communists who believe in critical race theory – but that never happened.

We heard that the white hats were going to deliver, under the jurisdiction of Jeff Sessions or Bill Barr, with serious investigations and indictments over deep state crimes. Instead, all the conspirators got away scot free and now enjoy well-paid positions in government, media and the corporate sector.

Can we sense a pattern here? Disinformation agents put out fantastical notions to keep the grassroots satiated, that never even come close to coming to fruition, and by the time that the previous predictions have failed, the same buffoons who led the grassroots astray rush headlong into their next narrative of gibberish or look for scapegoats to avoid capability.

Republican Senate Contender Sandy Pensler Hammered With Misleading Video Clips

Across the country, electoral politics have been extremely fun to watch as chaos besieges the entrenched establishments of both major political parties. With Trump out there doing his thing, we are seeing the establishment vs. insurgent dichotomy emerge throughout the country. There hasn’t been too much of it going in Michigan, as calls for ‘unity’ win the day, with the exception of the tense GOP primary battle between John James and Sandy Pensler for US Senate.

Pensler is a Wall Street tycoon with plenty of independent wealth that he is using to fund his race for Senate. He is similar to Trump in substance rather than style as he will not owe anyone favors if he is able to win his seat. James runs his family business and has an admirable record serving his country as a military veteran. Other than that, he is virtually a complete unknown. Pensler has run for office in the past as a moderate, but claims he has evolved over the years on social issues like abortion (similar to Trump yet again in that regard).

Introducing the Michigan Patriot Action Center — Up-to-Date Info and Action Items Regarding Important Bills in Lansing

I have something that I am happy to unveil to you today: The Michigan Patriot Action Center. A team of conservative patriots in Oakland County have been working on it for several months, and we are very proud of what we have come up with!

This legislative center will help you stay up-to-date on bills that directly impact your freedom and your pocketbook. It is regularly updated with new legislative action updates every week. So you always know the status of each bill, which committee the bill is in, when a relevant committee hearing will take place, basic talking points about the legislation, and receive instructions on how to take productive action to move the bill forward.

All of this information is available on the internet but it is often scattered and difficult to find. Sometimes the legislation itself is difficult to decipher because it was written by lobbyists in a deliberately vague manner, and activists might not know how to describe it. That is why we analyze each bill, and provide a basic script for you to use during outreach. We are centralize all of the pertinent information to make productive action much easier.

I do bill tracking around the country for the Tenth Amendment Center, and sometimes only a few dozen phone calls can move a bill in the right direction so if we utilize this bill center to its full potential, we can all make a real difference. Additionally, we are always working to improve the project. Right now, it is hosted from Google docs which is very easy to use. We are always looking to expand so if you have any comments, please email us. We are also organizing a group of individuals in each state rep district and state sen district to increase the power of this center.

Get Yer Jack Boot On

The 'other' definition of "force" once again rears its ugly head.

Pure-TicketThe logical conclusion to an over applied nanny state is the use of violence to prevent one from hurting oneself.

The Stings are on.  Grants to step up ‘enforcement’ (key use of words here) have been doled out. Click on Detroit says:

The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office will be participating in a mandatory seat belt enforcement grant beginning May 23-June 5.

Take the money, or else.

Indeed.  Click it, or we’ll put a gun to your head to save your life.  As Michigan goes into the high travel Memorial Day weekend, the stage is set once again to punish those who tempt fate by not strapping in.  In Macomb County they want to do it the nice way:

Extra patrols start Monday and continue through June 5 as part of the latest “Click it or Ticket” campaign, targeting motorists who are not wearing seat belts.

“Our primary goal is always to encourage voluntary compliance with the law. For those drivers who do not comply, our deputies will deliver warnings or issue violations as the circumstances dictate,” Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said.

Oh, how friendly.

To the Warriors in the Fight for the Long Haul…

Dr. Strangelove - Riding the Bomb
I spend the better part of each day talking to brave souls around the country who are deep in the trenches of the state sovereignty movement. It is truly a breathtaking and awe-inspiring experience hearing from the patriots on the front lines. I hear war stories from the boots on the ground in the great, animated contest of freedom vs. tyranny everyday.

I am both honored and humbled to be in the position to relay this urgent message, and sound the clarion call of liberty upon the masses. It is with a very heavy heart that I deliver the following report to you.

I will not mince words about what I have heard from these warriors. It is a grizzly sight. Everyone is in pain. I hear about tragedies from every corner of the nation. I see what lies beneath the mask of the federal Hydra, and it is beyond the pale. Sometimes, I feel like I need to bathe in holy water after a day’s work.

It is truly horrific to bear witness to the machinations of the beast system as it manifests itself upon God’s kingdom, and savages the greatest country the world has ever known. Watching it slowly snuff the life out of the American dream, as every American value is demeaned and debauched upon unimaginable lengths is gutwrenching. The darkness has enveloped us. The avalanche of tyranny has descended upon us.

We’re 31st!

FFI 2015 Overall Rankings Screen-Shot

The twenty-five year old John Locke Foundation has just released its First in Freedom Index for 2015. The Freedom Index ranks states for the level of freedom allowed their citizens in four weighted areas of policy:

Fiscal: 50%
Education: 20%
Regulation: 20%
Health Care: 10%

Michigan ranks 31st overall among the states in the Freedom Index. Dismal per capita levels of state taxes, spending, and regulation weighed down Michigan’s rankings. Michigan’s ranking in the individual policy categories are:

Get Out Of The Mall

Mall says: "Open on holiday or pay a penalty"

And stay clear of the DDA zones as well.

The holidays are here!  Black Friday has been extended into your family time, and store owners are learning a lesson; When you have your business in someone else’s house, you had best be prepared to live by their rules.  Of course that may include opening when you have no reason to open.  From MLive:

“TRAVERSE CITY, MI — If the Regis salon had its choice, the store in the Grand Traverse Mall would not have opened its doors on Thanksgiving.

But the alternative was to pay the mall a fine of around $500, the salon’s manager told MLive and The Grand Rapids Press.”

Not unlike government, which zones your options away, the Malls have expectations apparently enforced by contract.

In the meantime, just go ahead and keep ignoring the encroachment on your private property rights, allow government to dictate the deviants you hire, which days you can operate, and what goes on in your business.

And then double down with a move into the local mall where you can be subjected to the landlord’s rules as well.

Depopulating The Upper Peninsula

energyinfographicjpg-01Under the new EPA rules that our congress (incl Dan Benishek) has ALLOWED to be developed, the probability of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula being vacated is elevated.

This is no hype.

The upper peninsula is served primarily by Coal fired electrical generation.  Replacing that is cost prohibitive, and efforts to upgrade existing service has already begun, yet fails to meet the now even more stringent regulatory efforts by the Obama administration.

With even the cleanest combustion, the product is CO2 and water vapor.  Both are greenhouse gasses, but one is being used as a lever by those who wish to get complete control over the population; where it lives, what it eats, and how it heals itself, etc..

The failure of Congress to remove funding for the EPA has allowed the poser in chief to continue ratcheting up the difficulty level for Americans to live without the threat of government shutting them down.  This is not good policy, but rather a means to an end for an ideological presidency.

We have little time left.  Start getting involved

The 2013 RightMi.Com Scorecard

scorecardMost folks actively watching the goings on in Lansing might already be aware of the MichiganVotes.org site run by the Mackinac Center for Public Policy.

Nowhere else can you find a more complete collection of legislative efforts.  Easily referenced, and with a record of votes by legislator, party, the chambers the votes were taken in, and legislative sessions. It is an incredibly useful tool when trying to find out how your legislator voted on any particular issue of interest.  Its a great way of keeping these ‘servants’ in check when they claim to be conservative, but vote like the liberals or something even worse.

How cool is that?

One feature often overlooked however,

When Less Means More

Clearly, we dodged a bullet by not establishing a state run exchange. The AG appears to be watching for 'ricochets.'

Attorney_General_Bill_Schuette_410797_7For anyone who wondered WHY we did not establish a state run exchange, the answer is clearly about surrendering authority.

Not unlike the camel’s nose, the exchange was a buy-in to undermine state sovereignty. Fortunately, Michigan attorney general Bill Schuette appears to be trying to make sure the mandate does NOT apply to Michigan residents. From MLive:

Attorney General Bill Schuette is arguing an IRS rule offering tax credits to individuals buying health insurance on the federal exchange from states without their own exchanges violates the U.S. Constitution.

The argument was made in a “friend of the court” brief filed in a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, where individuals and businesses from states without insurance exchanges are challenging the ability of the IRS to offer tax credits for buying insurance through the federally established exchange.

Schuette and the attorneys general for Kansas and Nebraska argue that allowing the IRS to offer the credits overrules the decisions not to set up exchanges under the Affordable Care Act that 34 states made and is invalid under the Tenth Amendment.

Schuette’s on the right track.

Additionally, it should be noted that this might not be the most popular move, and could be painful to his campaign in the general. As many Michiganians are expecting a federal subsidy, it may not happen or they may lose that subsidy if this action is successful.

This is a courageous and quite correct move.
