Sorry, but there needs to be a correction to this.
I love Pat. He is rock solid and a great friend and patriot - Mi Casa is his Casa. Literally when he comes up here I have a Colbeck room .I don't blame him for getting excited, and his efforts to stop the election fraud are history making, .but a couple things need to be said.
I also have a close relationship with the ACTUAL plaintiff in this case. He can only say so much, but is happy with how yesterday went. By the excitement in his voice alone I would surmise that the Evidence is HUGE - but the details are not yet ready to be presented to the court.
If Elsenheimer had said "nope" to the late coming SOS play they would have gotten it to another court that is not willing to see the evidence or perhaps would order it destroyed. The SoS and the AG knew perfectly well what was happening up here and waited till yesterday to intervene. They PLANNED on being booted, but now the case remains in this jurisdiction and under the control of the 13th Circuit judge.
THEN when the evidence is released we get to see it. MUCH better than getting it squashed before it is ready.
This isn't over. not by a long shot. Keep the faith!

They're trying to make a big deal out of Plaintiff in the Antrim matter wasn't a voter in the village. However, any registered voter may audit, request recount anywhere in the state. See: MCL 168.863 Fraud or error as to proposed charter amendment or other ballot question; recount petition by elector.
The fact that there was obvious "error" exposed nationally, makes this case a coup. While, due process requires that the AG may intervene, its curious isn't it that she didn't intervene until after the forensics were completed.
I say, as long as the AG intervened, there is now subpoena power for ALL state agencies. Aren't you just dying to know how much the Gretch Cabal earned for this conspiracy "error". I'd like to know what expenses she submitted for the memorial day weekend, especially that little chat she had with kanadian NATO, FLOOD, etc on Mackinac island. Remember, this was after the attempted citizens arrest, so security (witnesses?) was tight around her, No? I'd also like to know how much the SOS got for real-time sharing of the voter files. Don't think this made it into the state coffers, (cough, cough) ...so, let's encourage those subpoenas.
Lastly, the entire 2018, election season was met with the same "errors", wherein we got the gretch cabal. There is no statute of limitations on criminal RICO.

I just learned this past week that my county, Oakland County, likely has more fraud than Wayne County.
We're a red county that all of the sudden elected a bunch of radical communists going 150mph with a marxist agenda.
Oakland GOP claims, No fraud, nothing to see here. It's all good.
What to do about it?
If anyone in the state can sue, I hope someone with means can go after Oakland County.
We're too big of a county for anyone with an interest in the state to ignore.
We cannot allow these Chinese sponsored Communists to destroy this county with fraud and deceit and Marxist cancer.
