Happy Friday! Thank Heaven for small favors.
I’ve decided it is best to give other leaders in the Party the opportunity to become our next nominee https://t.co/56pcErahDB

Next!
You Betcha! (11)Nuh Uh.(1)
Romney would have been a significant improvement over a second-term Obama, but since that wasn't in the cards the GOP field is wide open. Christie... big no. Bush... big no. Rick Perry... big no. Scott Walker... big no. Ted (can't speak in public) Cruz... big no. Rand Paul... nice guy, but no. So, where you gonna run to? Rubio? Long shot. Carson? Longer shot. Huckabee? Give me a break!
Agree on Christie, Bush, Rubio.
Scott Walker is still in, Ted Cruz is in IF the natural born thing doesn't become an issue. Sarah Palin has not ruled it out, and the dregs on the left already attacking her through Republican cloth has already made the indication to me that she could do it.
Of course there is always Rick Snyder.
A lot of what happens will depend on which group the real contender recognizes as all encompassing of American Values. The communist middle, or a moderate Right of Center. Conservatives are the national standard. Reagan Proved it.
Scott Walker? Nope. Sorry but, Gov. Walker has zero respect for Amendment I so, he can go piss up a rope.
As for the "natural born" thing... it didn't apply to the ghey half-Kenyan, did it?
Palin has become a political footnote and not getting serious consideration. Synder? Ha! In my opinion, there are only three points of focus: economic freedom, national sovereignty, and foreign policy. Everything else is marginal in the debate, but of course the Democrats grip the marginal issues with tenacity.
Okay, I gave you my "shot down" list. Who are the potential candidates that I could back?
Mitch Daniels - Former Governor of Indiana
Bill Haslam - Businessman; former Mayor of Knoxville; Governor of Tennessee
Jon Huntsman - Former Governor of Utah and Ambassador to China (but has the "Mormon baggage" and line to the Obama Administration)
Mike Pence - Current Governor of Indiana
