   And how do we deal with this creeping fascism here in America?

   Well, based on my observations in other states with these damned cameras:

   - I've seen clean-as-a-whistle vehicles with mud inexplicably splashed over the front and rear bumpers.

   - Leaves miraculously affixed over various characters of said license plates (on the highway, no less).

   - Duct tape works, too.

   Mr. Agema makes a good suggestion , although to be honest, from first-hand observation you'll need something with a little more kick than a Red Ryder.
