Who is invited? The average Jack/Jill goes to the ticket page (and please correct me if I'm wrong) to see that it lists: ...precinct delegates/candidates...members of the organization...those (who?) wish to attend Saturday (only; evidently)...and (I'm guessing) anybody(?) who will pony up even more for the VIP spots...or who is a student, 'homeschooled' or a family member of...who?

Will there be Individual breakout sessions with those possessing real time information on the 'conservative' strategy involving this precedented election and a state Republican Party under relentless assault unlike any other in ANY state's history?

As offered before, if you're claiming to hold an event for every socio-economic conservative class (see flyer) and charging admission at these levels..you have no clue as to who the majority conservatives casting votes every November truly are. Events such as these are why the average Joe has abandoned both the Party and those claiming that the solution lies within charging ANY family at these levels to change history when their state is on the ropes and failing fast.

Again, where is the ticket for Joe and Jill six-pack from start to finish....and how much IS IT for but the two of them to attend/listen to every single attendee/speaker who will be there?

Click on the picture, buy a ticket for $49 for Saturday. If you are a delegate (or are running to be one) pay $39

Not that complicated. As for what it is about? Show up and find out. $39 is not that much of a risk, ESPECIALLY given the ability to meet other conservatives from around the state. That alone makes it worth the admission.

So I can get a (single) Pastor's VIP pass for $50 for BOTH days (NO FEES; unlike the $49 you just quoted for Saturday ONLY; bringing a single attendee/including fees/for ONE day to OVER $50)..'sales' are running haphazardly (now) which (supposedly) EXPIRE from 6 hours to one day from now...and it's "not that complicated" if you have a 'hundy' just laying around for two individuals to be 'speed educated' IN ONE DAY for the first time in 9 years.

Do you guys and gals even get it? People struggling financially right now don't need 'VIP' ANYTHING or especially speakers who don't even LIVE HERE purporting to know exactly how our state can be taken back in but 9 months. Michiganders have stood out in the cold before to hear patriots speak without a cocktail or food in their hand and even accommodated those who couldn't (see the numbingly cold Right To Work fiasco over 3 days in 2012)...yet 'today' we're demanding over $100 for two people to hear ANYBODY claim that they have a '9 month solution' tailored to this state? We can't even force every legislator to reveal what they knew and when they knew it in regards to poisoned kids in Flint or $550 million in recent 'mistakes' (bad for 'the Party' don't you know)...yet $50 will (now) reveal the men and women behind the curtain knowing "nothing" for how long now?

    "Not that complicated" indeed.

      OMG stop whining. Seriously.

If you don't have a few sawbucks laying around after paying the Interweb bill, then just show up, and gaze through the slats. Maybe one of the folks attending will sponsor you an entry.

    It's not me 'whining' here.
It is the average Joe or Jill (conservative) wondering why not even one of the above questions are simply answered vs calling us ALL 'whiners' every time a legitimate point is raised surrounding these "VIP"-based extremely expensive events.

The MIGOP has been famous for this crap and our legislators frankly use it as well to make certain that appearances before constituents are strictly limited/controlled.

May we expect the same 'access' from future 'conservative' candidates/legislators as well should we seek simple real time information not available elsewhere or support them this fall? (i.e.. Glenn's upcoming appearance).

We don't need VIPs or 'special access'...we need to know what the game plan is here online so that (finally) lightning speed action trumps the tired good 'ol boy/slap-each-other-on-the-back-with-a-drink-in-everybody's-hand method of conducting business that we're (beyond) already fed up with.

First off your 'points' are sometimes nearly impossible to decipher. Secondly, you seem to be offended that anyone charges a few bucks to cover the costs of such affairs, the speaking fees etc.

If you cannot afford to go, then don't. These are for people who want to surround themselves with like minded folks and network a bit. This is not a mandate, or even an exclusionary affair. MY point with the "paying the interweb bill" comment was that if you can afford to surf the net, you can probably afford the $40 to show up if it is important enough for you. If not, I guess you can kvetch about it as-if that matters.

And since the "average Joe and Jill" are not here complaining about whatever it is that you are, speaks volumes. And BTW, you can go through 1000 or so comments on this site and find FEW accusations of whining from me. The only times I do is when we have folks who are simply complaining, and have nothing to offer of any substance.

IF you have a suggestion, a plan, and way to improve the political climate so that conservatives can win hearts and minds, I am still waiting. If somehow you think that incessant complaints about entry fees advances the cause, then more power to you.

Given that this event was fast closing within but a few hours and now CLOSED (period); let's address the "your (our) points are impossible to decipher" or "just show up and gaze through the slots" (I'll speak clearly; don't worry):
    1) Touted as "the most important event of the year for conservatives" (next to 'Battle Cry' where Michiganders were excluded for no given reason) the Michigan grassroots movement is now defined. If Cruz, Rubio, Carson, Trump or MIGOP legislators believe that the average Joe/Jill or their family is 'reached' in this manner during an election year?..they aren't.
    2) Quit ignoring our children. They thirst to "feel the Bern" due to no other clearly defined path using simple math ( legitimate or not) as the defining platform. They are not welcome at 'tea parties' due to their math background and (heaven forbid) willingness to teach it. Exclusive, impossible to attend events such as these only cement their notion of old white people clinging to bankrupt pension/social security 'accounts' that they deem to be (somehow) 'untouchable'.
    3) Don't act as if you are changing a Party that will only change unless YOU are first kicked OUT of it for being the first patriot to champion the very public acts needed to expose any 'at will' organization/donor base in real time. "At Will" parties don't put up with traitors. Traitors don't put up with poisoned kids, half-billion dollar 'mistakes' or every other liberty crushing issue that Joe/Jill is forced to put up with locally involving "At Will" parties.

Simple enough? if not, perhaps we can trot out a few 2nd or 3rd graders here and ask them to solve some simple add/subtraction equations involving their future or how 'conservatives' have been ignoring those very exercises using musical chair theory to THEIR benefit for the past 7 years.

Closed door/VIP events such as these should be protested. The fact that they aren't is a testament to absolutely nothing learned from the failed "PowWow" last year and many other clues missed since.

    1. It is a tool box. You can use the tools or ignore that they exist. The choice is quite obviously your own. People who are not 'reached' are usually not involved.

    2. The near absence of young folks was noted at this event. You would have seen that if you would have showed. Strategy to reach them discussed. As for color? AGAIN if you show up you might be surprised. This is HARDLY an old white guy party.

    3. It is also not about taking over the GOP. It is about faith, family, and traditional principles.

You continue to call this a closed door event. Only to those who are closed minded. As I pointed out, no one was denied entry nor would be.

You have zero clue of what you are talking about.

JD--I've had it--"closed to Michiganders"--are you nuts??? At Battlecry I met up with my old new friends--folks like Wes--who bravely ran for Lt gov. the last round--classy guy--OH Yeah, he lives in MI--got to hug Gary Glenn just days after he commenced his first CA treatment and like a miracle (or a real miracle, but I choose to think a God Thing) his tumor had shrunk 60 percent--Oh Yeah, a Michigander--one of the best--Got to catch up with Dr. Rob who most likely will be the state rep to the RNC-- but you're not a delegate so don't worry your little mind with this, and Shane and Tony and Norm and Randy and Tom and Dr. K well, I should stop, but imagine my surprise when I see my bud David standing on the Stage--hey, what's he doing up there--supposedly he's going to sing the National Anthem--what??? Can he sing? I don't know, but I guess we'll soon find out--Turns out he can really, really sing, all Michiganders evidently with hidden talents. And, the whole weekend cost me not even $100--well, okay, I did drop $50 in the slots and won enough to pay for my expenses, with take home too boot, but even if that didn't happen, we doubled up, shared rides and had a really great time. Not, to mention, the new wardrobe I brought home--let's see Trump hat, Cruz shirt, Ben Carson attire, and I brought souvenirs for everyone like American gun rights bumper stickers, defund planned parenthood stickers--even some Ron Paul stuff (I so love this man) I even got a couple of videos (which you should see go to TeaPartyPatriots.com and watch their videos on line. The one I like best is the 28th amendment to repeal the 16th amendment, but hey, that's me. I got a DVD on Tower 7, which I'll share with our group of like-minded folks. I brought back so much, It took two of us to carry.
But, JD with that crappy attitude, it's probably best you didn't show, you wouldn't have fit in with us Michiganders.

    Sue,
Don't you think it strange that a MIGOP precinct delegate will say NOTHING in regards to gatekeeping/denied public access to local GOP legislators within a party that they're 'hot to change'...then literally 'allow' the same nonsense to happen at Battle Cry...with even 'lesser' GOP leadership banging on the door to get in? For heavens sake, Sue...how BAD could these 'leper' so-called conservatives have possibly been who applied to attend Battle Cry...yet were denied?
If you're really in to the back-slapping described above at red-carpet/gate-kept events such as this or Battle Cry...perhaps you have the inside track to let us mere peons in on even ONE event that your local GOP holds with our legislators taking questions for the record?
The next time that we don't have to be a member of a MIGOP approved organization or get our wallet out to talk to somebody of CONSEQUENCE in the 'conservative' movement..please let us know.
