Crook County, East?

Sub Secreto, Sub Silentio

On the same day Kim Foxx, the State’s Attorney for C(r)ook County, Illinois, ditched the false police report charges against Jussie Smollett, Michigan’s Court of Appeals endorsed Ann Arbor’s successful effort to completely conceal the identity of the Muslim woman who made false charges to AAPD which claimed a white man tried to set her on fire. She apparently suffered a momentary mental breakdown, thinking she was Yazidi and a white guy was ISIS.

This incident supposedly occurred on November 11, 2016, immediately after Donald Trump’s 2016 General Election victory. It was a hate crime hoax which specifically targeted Donald Trump supporters. This Muslim woman was never charged by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor Brian L. Mackie, nor identified by the Ann Arbor Police.

This hoax inspired a subsequent anti-Trump hoax in Ann Arbor four days later where another female hoaxer, Halley Bass, was identified, charged, and plead guilty. Ms. Bass was not Muslim, just a very creative student in a Woman’s Literature class at the University of Michigan who hated Donald Trump and his supporters.

The authorities are all over this.  Not….

Debbie Schlussel, a Dearborn attorney and occasional blogger, has been trying to figure out why Ann Arbor refuses to release the Muslim hoaxer’s identity. Schlussel filed a FOIA request in Ann Arbor for the police report covering the first hoaxer and got a redacted vacuity. Since then, she has been trying to get Michigan’s courts to enforce PA 442 of 1976, Michigan’s FOIA act, as written. Ms. Schlussel clearly believes that the first hoaxer’s identity will explain why she was noloed when the subsequent hoaxer was charged and convicted.

The Michigan Court of Appeals jumped in bed with Ann Arbor yesterday to completely conceal the identity of the Ann Arbor Muslim hoaxer.  We have no right to know.  Hoaxers are now a protected class in Michigan.

It is pretty obvious that the Washtenaw County Muslim hoaxer is an illegal immigrant being protected by the kakistocracy in the People’s Republic of Ann Arbor. And now the Michigan Court of Appeals, too.

Michigan’s new Democratic Attorney General, Dana Nessel, made a big deal about launching a Hate Crimes Unit. Will they prosecute hate crime hoaxes?  Don’t hold your breath.  Hoaxes are an integral part of Democratic Party identity politics.  There just are not enough genuine hate crimes to promote the Democrat agenda, so manufactured hate crimes must be protected.

Washtenaw has become Crook County, East.  Michigan has become the hoaxer’s playground.

Well, for starters, why is it one would need to file a FOIA just to see who the goddamn name of the judge(s) on the Court of Appeals that ruled on this verdict? Not one CoA name is mentioned in linked article and I defy anyone to pull the case decision up on the Court's website.

Two, when I used to f*ck around on Twatter it was a pinned tweet, still there. Nothing new, and guess who within 30 days followed up on this? You get three guesses and the first two don't count.

Debbie tried. Not everything can be won by her tactics any longer. She's marked like Feiger. Was my thoughts and, unfortunately, this post proves I was right.

Apparently, burying records isn't just limited to Michigan. AG Foxx has taken a page from Michigan's shining example of transparency.

Gee, I wonder what the guv would have to say about that?

And oh yeah, Foxx is on the take from a certain agent provocateur.
