Napolitano begins with "I wish I could understand the method to the madness .."
Part of the problem with those afflicted with TDS. Thinking outside the established box is more foreign than the guy who doesn't know how limit echoes in his production.
The judge's hatred for Trump is even worse than I had imagined. Getting 4 minutes in.. "Slaughter of the Palestinian.." I just can't watch any further. He is getting off the hook retarded. (I Think we can say that again)
As for the constitution, I am in agreement to a point. I am not sure under which mechanisms Trump is able to levy 100% plus tariffs, but if they were 100% not allowed, it seems at least one lefty congress critter would use the courts appropriately asserting authority there.
