BTW, Since the Unlock MI issue has been found unconstitutional, can it still be placed on the ballot? I say yes, to make sure were protected in the future. But, don't get comfortable in your shoes. The Dempanic has to be declared over, the emergency has to be declared over or we gonna be faced with agency ruling us. And, as long as we're on it, the legislature can no longer pass laws that say, such and such agency will promulgate rules for the enforcement of this law. This is how we got into this mess.
