Gamrat Cleared

Cindy A GamratAt least there is an end to some of the nonsense.

From Click-on Detroit:

Lansing District Judge Hugh Clarke Jr. ruled Tuesday there’s not enough probable cause for tea party conservative Cindy Gamrat to face felony misconduct in office charges.

Who pushed for this in the first place?

Oh yeah.

Judge Clarke, a lifelong Democrat, found that sworn testimony at the pretrial hearing in the District Court directly contradicted both the lies in the House Business Office report which was presented to the State House by Speaker Cotter to justify her expulsion and the very same lies AG Schuette regurgitated in his indictment. From MLive:

"The person who signed her name said she didn't ask him to do it," District Court Judge Hugh Clarke said Tuesday, June 14, referring to allegations of misconduct based on a staffer signing Gamrat's name on proposed legislation.

Speaker Cotter has been notably mute regarding the dismissal of charges against Ms. Gamrat, and you can bet our politically charged media will not hold him to account for the lies he disseminated. Ms. Gamrat can now justifiably ask Ray Donovan's famous question:

"Which office do I go to get my reputation back?"

A question Speaker Cotter and his lying cabal should answer. Don't hold your breath....

10x25MM docha just love Ray Donovan, bigger picture--both Gamrat and Coursor have civil suits pending. Gamrat's claims have been enhanced and honestly, they'll need her testimony to convict Coursor of two of his counts--Gamrat's credibility with me has never been charred. I don't care about bedroom pillows speak--only their actions on the clock. The attorneys need to make sure that the individuals which caused this SNAFU-fiasco being named as defendants are NOT defended by the taxpayers. Which is why I believe these civil suits should be in federal court not the Michigan Court of Claims--reserved only for those issues against the state, not actions by state actors. Thank you for my say on the matter.

If nothing had ever happened beyond her moving her entire office across the state to..

..her credibility with her constituents (ignored) would have been graded exactly the same.."on the clock" or not.
