That takes some skill!
MDOT's video production abilities are about the same as their road maintenance...meh.
And here I half expected to see/hear the puppy-pounder himself justify placing the upcoming republican gas tax on the February '15 ballot instead of taking it up during lame duck.
OABTW, if you really want to see something impressive on the Mackinac Bridge, head up to St. Ignace in about two weeks and check this out.
