Chief Justice Robert's “But this Court is not a legislature" is a supreme act of hypocrisy. Yesterday he saved PPACA in an exclusively legislative action, changing words in a statute without any power to do so.
SCROTUM is a national embarrassment. We are all Canada now.
Indeed. He makes some incredible (and correct) assertions further into the dissent as well. Amazing the two sides of his brain can tolerate each other.
I just got done reading the Obergefell ruling.
That thing is more is more difficult to comprehend than yesterdays rats nest of "logic" and the Inclusive Community Project Ruling (anyone here remember the cross-district busing fiasco from the 70's?).
I fear for the Republic.
