I certainly hope that these gentlemen aren't expecting a quick answer from Chairman B.S. ?
Paying lip service on planks contained within the republican party's own platform isn't a new phenomena.
It's my experience that the high and mighty potentates in the republican party are even bigger hoplophobes than those in the democratic party.
Also note that Michigan Open Carry and Michigan Gun Owners were also represented in the letter.
No surprise. The MIaGOP no longer feels it needs to respect 2A, its a Tea Party thing.
