The state’s top law enforcement officer says she will allow local police to “exercise their best judgment” about whether to enforce Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s stay-home edict until a lawsuit challenging the governor’s emergency powers is decided in court.
Bottom line, Michigan’s AG knew that the governor’s orders expired on April 30, 2020 at 11:59 pm and, any further actions by Half Whitmer are illegitimate and unlawful.

The pivot happens: Nessel: Police should enforce Whitmer’s emergency orders
Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said Tuesday Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s two executive orders in response to COVID-19 remain enforceable by law enforcement.
Nessel issued a letter of guidance to law enforcement on Tuesday, saying the two orders issued by fellow Democrat Whitmer — her Stay Home, Stay Safe Order and places of public accommodation order — are valid under the Emergency Powers of the Governor Act and that local law enforcement agencies should continue their enforcement efforts.
Two words. Bull. Shit.
What happened is, and we all know how much Democrat race pimping “Nasty” Nessel enjoys engaging in that, is that due to Gov. Gretchen “Half” Whitmer’s invalid “wear a mask edict,” between May 1, and the reversal on May 5, a black security guard, a father of 8 children, in Flint got shot dead.
Gov. Gretchen “Half” Whitmer has acknowledged her responsibility for it. Today, Dangerous Dana “Nasty” Nessel, is attempting cover for personal liability for their lawless actions by “Big Gretch“.
It would be wise for all LEO across our Great State of Michigan to reflect upon their sworn Oaths so, another senseless tragedy does not occur.
Nobody is above the law, especially, two lawyers- renegade Gov. “Half” Whitmer, and enabling AG “Nasty” Nessel.
