A Cold Winter

Mandate acceptance by Michigan's largest utilities forebodes dire circumstance.

A senior Consumers Energy official whistle blower (I will refer to him as Mr. Spark)  on the promise of anonymity tells us he is concerned that the federal mandate will hamstring emergency operations this winter.

According to Mr. Spark, 40% or more of CE employees (8600+ in Michigan ) are NOT vaccinated.  It is expected that the additional 5000 contract workers which are treated like employees, as well as 10,000 other support staff that would be covered under the mandate would have the same rate of non vaccination.  He says that Consumers energy rolled too easily with the claim that it’s hands were tied due to federal contracts, that PG&E’s mandate policy is limited to new contracts and should be the template for CE.

At this point, It is safe to assume that folks who are NOT vaccinated ..are those who do NOT wish to be vaccinated, or are waiting to see efficacy or safety issues to be resolved.  According to a recent news story, Consumers ‘official position’ is that the employees are on board with the mandate, but according to Mr Spark that is not not so.   “We are looking for as many outlets to the public to get the truth out there. Our company was interviewed by channel 3 yesterday where they said no disruption to service this winter due to this as most employee’s support the vaccine mandate. That simply is not true.”

Work Where They Appreciate You

Take this mandate and shove it ..

A Friend passed this along.

It’s a job board for those who wish to work where they can be free of the fear mongering promoted by our government.  Employees can pass along that they are hiring, and don’t require you to endanger yourself in order to put food on your table.  Prospective employees can post a resume or use the search feature to find a decent place to work.

There is even an example letter to give your boss if he/she/it is threatening you with termination over a mandate.

NO VAX MANDATE

Michigan Rally – Trump’s Message

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America

Trump was watching yesterday.

His in-box message this morning suggests the primaries might be interesting.  Yeah, ..we have some worthless ‘leadership’ that needs to go.

Big rally in Michigan yesterday, unbelievable spirit and knowledge of what went on with respect to voting and vote counting in the 2020 Presidential Election. Detroit, considered for many years to be one of the most corrupt places in the United States for elections (and many other things!), had large-scale irregularities so much so that two officials, at great risk to themselves and their families, refused to certify the results, and were sadly threatened. Wasn’t it a fact that aside from other things, there were far more votes than voters? Even the RINOs on the Senate Committee found 289,866 absentee ballots that were sent to people who never requested them, “something that would be illegal.” Why did they viciously kick out the Republican poll watchers? Seventy percent of Detroit’s mail-in ballot counting boards didn’t match, it was a total mess. Why won’t they give respected professionals and representatives at yesterday’s rally the right to do a Forensic Audit of Wayne County (Detroit) and Macomb County? That includes the RINOs in the State Senate and House who for, whatever reason, do nothing but obstruct instead of seeking the truth. Hopefully, each one of these cowardly RINOs, whose names will be identified and forthcoming, will be primaried, with my Complete and Total Endorsement, in the upcoming election. Congratulations on the great rally yesterday!

As for number of votes being more than voters exist?  Probably not.

However, the newly minted Michigan constitution (circa crazy-ass 2018 referendums) does say any one of us can demand an audit.  It’s not like the government can ignore the constitutions ..right?

All that aside, Benson should have been impeached by our legislature for breaking the law BEFORE the election.  And now she is shepherding the most damaging (to local communities) electoral gerrymander the state has ever seen.

Cowardice begets tyranny.

Meanwhile On Mackinac

The 'leadership' conference goes on ..

Hopefully our Republican warriors are having a good time.

It’s been nearly a year since “most popular president of all time” won a reality defying contest here in the state of Michigan and they are about to pass a super sized budget at a whopping $62 Billion.  And worse than the size alone is the fact that it continues to fund those agencies which have abused Michiganians over the past year and a half.

From the state police, which was used as Whitmer’s personal enforcers to the ‘occupational’ cretins who relish any chance to assert authority, to the local health departments with over sized nurse Ratchets in charge, so many businesses have been harmed, ..some irreparably and without recourse, even after the courts ruled Whitmer’s earlier acts as illegal.

And worse than all of that, was the destruction of elections with integrity.

First Amendment Or Firing?

Is a recent editorial by a county employee appropriate, ..or defamation?

I tend to be of the opinion that no employment robs one of his or her ability to speak and offer opinion.

Free speech is a win-win, right?  So what happens when a person who represents policy for an employer openly disagrees with that employer’s position on any specific subject? What if the employer is not only disagreed with, but is defamed in the process?

We may find out. From our favorite fish wrap in the North:

“The medical director for the Grand Traverse County Health Department contends county commissioners “crossed the line from illogical to irresponsible” when they passed a resolution that curbs messaging public health officials distribute in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. “

There is disagreement, which would be better served with an “I understand their concern, but this is wrong..” and then there is ..name calling, ..yes?

In this case, it is about the resolution passed in order to reign in some of the messaging, and the inability of the health department to step outside its authority in the name of ‘science.’  Commissioners last week put the check on their subordinates, and it didn’t sit well with the ‘heroes’ of the plandemic.  This particular doctor’s feathers were ruffled, and in true Doctor speak (“I am better than anyone cause of my letters”) he made sure we all know it.

Perhaps 78 year old Collins may not care whether he is employed by the county, so open insubordination bordering on defamation is easy. Or perhaps Mr Collins ..MD, hasn’t in his nearly octogenarian status has yet to learn the role of the politicians we elect? ..That is ..to protect our rights.

A Proper Application Of Government Policy

Grand Traverse County to make a statement affirming Constitutional Rights in light of Covid fear pandering.

On Wednesday, the Grand Traverse County  Board of Commissioners will address in a small way, the potential for yet another round of mandates, and the pressures currently being made for the population to accept and receive as-yet unapproved and untested vaccines.

Those who oppose the effort, a resolution in support for your constitutionally protected rights, will attempt to abuse the constitution in their own way arguing for ‘general welfare’ as reasons to support mandates, lock-downs and other restrictions placed on your liberties.  Those who oppose the statement of liberty would gladly see government toss it’s constitutional limits any time fear can be applied successfully  – As it has in the past 18 months.

The resolution reads:
