Yannow, between the Governerd surrounding himself with a deadbeat Treasurer, and a Medicaid billing mooslime responsible for at least one death now dumping $25K into the One Tough Nerd PAC <cough>HB 4714</cough>, all one has to do is sit back and watch "Rick Michigan" implode all on his own.  Damn good thing you're getting your monies upfront, young Johnny.

Malfunctioning carbon units ...and, the silence from the easily manipulated bourgeoisie liberals, and their retrograde planning Nerd bike trails becomes deafening.  The environment does not rule me.  I rule over the environment.

You most likely associate it with the military making equipment and personnel less visible to detection methods.

But did you know that this is also a tactic used in the business world?

And if you haven't caught it already, our governor is a business guy and likes to adopt business methodology wherever he can to accomplish his agenda. Especially when he feels that his agenda won't go over very well with the people he purportedly serves.

Yannow, for the life of me, I just can't begin to imagine the many reasons why the road funds would go dry?

About one month ago.

Governor Snyder refuses to release several million dollars in bond money to keep the City of Detroit running until it can show quantifiable financial benchmarks to demonstrate that it is on-track towards fiscal responsibility.

The whole "rearranging-the-deckchairs-on-the-Titanic" argument notwithstanding, on the surface it is the most prudent thing to do.

Don't give irresponsible people any more money to waste until they show a little responsibility with what they already have.

If only that management principle remained constant.
