H/t Market Ticker OABTW, if you're too lazy to go over to that link, shame on YOU. By Corinthian Scales, Section News
This is the problem with every aspect of the public sector - those in it - they all try to grow it.
The cash-strapped Detroit Public Schools racked up an additional $18.7 million in debt from July through September after its plan to boost enrollment failed, and it spent above budgeted amounts on security, transportation and maintenance. No, Mr. Conway. Government has force of confiscation (taxes) at it's disposal so, it, the employed bureaucrat layers of Ineptocracy, then becomes too big to fail through parasitic consent. Who is that mouthpiece? Is that Baird's private retained service or, is that one on the taxpayer's clock? (4 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
Just what this state needs. A corrupt East coast liberal, lobbyist for Bernie Madoff, turned Joisey blowhard governor stinking up the Mitten.
Christie, who will become head of the Republican Governors Association this month, plans to campaign in states that he could need if he seeks the Republican presidential nomination in 2016. Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder has not formally announced he will seek re-election, but is widely expected to do so early next year. AYFKM?!?! Thanks to Reince Priebus, the GOP remains dead to me. The Libertarians are the dumbest of the lot, so much so, that even Uncle Squeaky couldn't save his "free the weed" following from voting Obama's stalking horse Anarcho-Lunacy. I'll leave y'all with a quote from 2012's VP vetting that says it all about Christie - "He sounds like the biggest a$$hole in the world," Stevens griped to his partner, Russ Shriefer. Indeed, Mr. Stevens... yannow, "Pufferfish" is Snyder's kinda peeps. (3 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
How the allegedly unbiased State AG hasn't raided Rakolta's Walbridge offices becomes... rather glaring. By Corinthian Scales, Section News
Remember folks, Rick Snyder wants youth enslaved to this Federal dumbing-down agenda.
"I think the Common Core is a really important opportunity, and I think it's a good thing," Snyder said Monday in Detroit, where he was joined by U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan. "Unfortunately, it's been too much about politics. Too many people in our country ... are looking to fight someone for the sake of fighting." One Term Nerd By Corinthian Scales, Section News
How dumb. Just disclose what you have now and move along. L. Brooks Patterson doesn't hesitate to name those he shakes down and those buying influence in Oakland County, however, Rick Snyder is above that as if his donors are like Barry's college transcripts.
"I think if you don't release it, it looks like there's something suspicious," Patterson told The News. "We all talk about transparency and we either live it or not." Rich Baird testified he didn't know either. What a pack of lies. So, what's a Nerd to do? Naturally, Rick Snyder put's his crony on the public dole with a $40,000 pay raise. Frilliant! The alleged Party of principle, strikes again.
Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Ron Boji, of Orchard Lake, to the state Transportation Commission. Hey, it's a Nerdy job but, somebody's got to do it...
Yippie! Federal road monies for Ron to run his fingers through.
