What better scenario could possibly happen for Unapologetic Conservatives, other than to have an East coast thug who strong-armed his way to chair the Republican Governors Association, flitting about The Mitten campaigning for the Nerd?
Please visit I'm a man! I'm 41! for reason why Christie is useful.
Folks, it's all about transparency, of which, as like with Christie, Rick Snyder's self-invented nerd persona is anything but transparent. I suppose the exit question should be: will the Boobus Michiganderus voters swallow a second term of Snyder abuse? By Corinthian Scales, Section News
Just what this state needs. A corrupt East coast liberal, lobbyist for Bernie Madoff, turned Joisey blowhard governor stinking up the Mitten.
Christie, who will become head of the Republican Governors Association this month, plans to campaign in states that he could need if he seeks the Republican presidential nomination in 2016. Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder has not formally announced he will seek re-election, but is widely expected to do so early next year. AYFKM?!?! Thanks to Reince Priebus, the GOP remains dead to me. The Libertarians are the dumbest of the lot, so much so, that even Uncle Squeaky couldn't save his "free the weed" following from voting Obama's stalking horse Anarcho-Lunacy. I'll leave y'all with a quote from 2012's VP vetting that says it all about Christie - "He sounds like the biggest a$$hole in the world," Stevens griped to his partner, Russ Shriefer. Indeed, Mr. Stevens... yannow, "Pufferfish" is Snyder's kinda peeps. (3 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
If the Obamacare shoe fits, it belongs to Mitt. By Kevin Rex Heine, Section News
Tonight was the Dartmouth College Republican Presidential Primary Debate, sponsored by Bloomberg and livestreamed courtesy of the Washington Post. Truthfully, I'm a little bummed that Gary Johnson wasn't invited, as I'd love to see another of his one-liners. However, as disappointing as that is, what may be more disturbing (if not exactly unexpected) is an endorsement that was made today in the exact same city as tonight's debate.

There appears to be confusion regarding my previous post about New Jersey's Governor Chris Christie.
The paragraph about my current employment situation was not meant to be a complaint. I was only using it to show the discrepancy between the looting world of Government and the real, productive world. I love my job and the company I work for. (FYI: The company is not based in Michigan.) When I leave a company and go to a new one, I make sure I'm happy with the compensation package I negotiate at the beginning. I operate on the assumption that I am not entitled to any increase and will not receive any. (3 comments, 194 words in story) Full Story By Crippy, Section News
I know this is Right Michigan but the speech New Jersey, Governor Chris Christie gave to a gathering of mayors is applicable to Michigan and all insolvent states.
The video is long but well worth the time. http://njn.net/television/webcast/ontherecord.html What really hit home was his pledge to cut back the increases given to government employees. I've been with my company for three years. The company is fabulously successful yet nobody has received a salary increase or promotion during this time. If employees that produce and add to the economy have to "sacrifice" increases, why should people that produce nothing get => 4% increases when their companies, the state and municipalities, are bankrupt? God help us! (6 comments) Comments >> |
