The alleged Party of principle, strikes again.
Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Ron Boji, of Orchard Lake, to the state Transportation Commission. Hey, it's a Nerdy job but, somebody's got to do it...
Yippie! Federal road monies for Ron to run his fingers through. By Corinthian Scales, Section News
Told ya. You're getting warmer, Ross. However, that jail for no one will be gobbled up by Dan Gilbert for pennies on the dollar. And, you've got a whole gaggle of MI-GOP bootlickers who watched Rakolta line his pockets, main one being, the State AG. Next question would reasonably be, what did the wife of former State AG (Commissioner Laura Cox) know, and when did she know it? (1 comment) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
I really appreciate WXYZ's Ross Jones. He's perhaps one of the finest investigative reporters in SE Michigan.
Yes, that Inkster property. So, naturally Gov. Snyder, brings Ron Boji into the Lansing fold in the Big Money State slush fund. Note: "acting as the fiduciary agent for the 21st Century Jobs Fund." RM readers can't say they weren't aware. Associations matter. Then, in Wayne County, there is also John Rakolta, who sits on the Board of the quasi-governmental "Development" entity capable of influencing bids on Ficano projects that John's company Walbridge Aldinger, just happens to be constructing the Jail to Nowhere, is also now pocketing the millions in "cost overruns". Mighty convenient coincidence for Dan Gilbert, to make suggestion of taking that boondoggle jail property off the county's hands, assumedly, for pennies on the dollar, isn't it? If only a corporate mouthpiece hadn't clued Johnny in with saying something to the effect, "are you out of your flipping mind while sitting on the WCBDC Board?" when that downtown crony "loan" to freshly out jail felony convict Kwame was made. A state fund intended to create 390 Michigan jobs has loaned $7.7 million to 35 companies and created 79 jobs - only 20 percent of the number initially promised. Gummint creates jobs? Never has even with coercive theft wealth redistribution. What he said. |
