  • Your New Scoop Site

    Welcome to Scoop!

To help you figure things out, there is a Scoop Admin Guide which can hopefully answer most of your questions.

    Some tips:

    • Most of the layout is changed in "Blocks", found in the admin tools menu
    • Features can be turned on and off, and configured, in "Site Controls" in the admin tools menu
    • Stories have an "edit" link right beside the "Full Story" link on an index page, and right beside the "Post a Comment" link on the full story page. They can also be edited by clicking the story title in the "Story List" admin tool
    • Boxes are what allow you to write new features for Scoop; they require a knowledge of the perl programming language to work with effectively, although you can often make small changes without knowing much perl. If you would like a feature added but cannot program it yourself, ScoopHost does custom Scoop programming as one of its services.
    • If you aren't sure where to look for a particular feature or piece of display, try the "Search Admin Tools" link in the admin tools menu.

The Zombie Media - Divertere Satira

Thomas E. Woods, Jr., reenacts what it is like talking about the constitution and current efforts of nullification by the states with the main stream media.

The zombie analogy used here demonstrates an accurate portrayal of the typical interview a constitutionalist and historian can expect from most 'news' types nowadays. Though satire is used here, the topis is rock solid and very serious.

Visit here to get a better picture of Woods' full take on nullification.

A Message To Our Legislators - Beware False Choices

Here is a heartwarming story out of Florida, that you most likely won't be seeing in the MarxStream Media.

Cliff's Notes version?  Sheriff Nick Finch, released a dude they caught carrying a pistol.  Reasoning?  Amendment II supersedes bad gun Laws.  Florida AG Pam Bondi (known enemy of We the People w/ scrubbed video), prosecuted, Sheriff Finch.  A jury (God bless 'em) told The State to go bag their duplicitous ass, and get the good Sheriff back on the job, of which, in an extraordinary prudent move, Gov. Scott immediately did just that.

For record, those who keep track, that makes for, Sheriff Nick Finch = 1 certified Oath Keeper.

Our elected 83 in Michigan?  For the most part, they suck eggs.  As noted here, and here on RightMichigan, they suck more so in Kalkaska.  Then there's this from The Blaze on Crawford County LEO thuggery.

NULLIFY OBAMACARE: Quit dancing around the aggregate issue!

Big Picture. Whole Enchilada. Everything happens in aggregate. These are statements which, in this context, refer to the outlook as not an argument for how to look at Obamacare, but that EVERYTHING must be looked at and recognized for what it is. Will it cause pain to business and families? Yes. Will it cause pain to those refused care due to cost? Yes. Why should anyone argue between the two? To do so is a red herring, causing division where there should be unity against Obamacare. Aren't the people in favor of it the same that accused managed care option plans of bureaucrats and bean counters getting between "you and your doctor"? Yes again, it is! What does this mean then? It means that these Lefties wanted to gain that power for themselves by being critical of it, while planning on weilding it even more ruthlessly and more cruelly than private business supposedly did.

The state controlled ameriKan media, along with the communist Chinese government, and amerKan left, or fifth columnists, are using the tragic events of Sandy Hook to demand the disarmament of the American people.

The Rogue Regime in D.C. passed the 2012 NDAA and is in the process of passing the 2013 version of the same bill which gives the president the supposed authority to execute anybody he chooses without so much as charging the person with anything.

Michigan House Votes To Nullify NDAA!

Nullification is a state's Constitutional remedy to protect itself and its people from federal tyranny.  Contrary to federal propaganda, and popular belief, the federal supreme court is not the final arbiter of the constitutionality of a federal law.  As Thomas Jefferson said, "To consider the Judges of the Superior Court as the ultimate Arbiters of Constitutional questions would be a dangerous doctrine which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy."

    Healthcare Exchange Or Bridge?

    Which will it be governor?

It took me a while, but I found something that had my interest piqued a couple of years ago when arguing the merits of leaving the DIBC as it is. The facts were not entirely scrubbed from the Detroit Chamber's site, and I wonder how well the travel numbers used to argue for a new bridge will stand up when health care choices are destroyed here as they are in Canada.

"Hubbard pointed out to the committee that the Detroit/Windsor/Port Huron/Sarnia area is home to the busiest border crossing in North America in terms of volume of trade (more than $1 billion in goods crosses daily). Additionally, metro Detroit is home to major passenger vehicle traffic - between 3000 and 4000 Canadian health care workers entering the region every day."
    Incentive is a reality.

    Say NO to Obamacare.

Michigan can be a part of the growing number of states nullifying it.

    Obama's Stunning Victory!

Obama 's Hope and Change campaign promise has been a stunning success.  He has given hope to the millions who live off the taxpayer promising them more Obamabucks than they ever dreamed.  He has changed the mood of the taxpayer from 'Taxed Enough Already' to 'Tamed Establishment Apathy'.  With the unconstitutional passage of Obamacare, We the People stood up and cried:  "Taxed Enough Already", "You can keep your hope, and I will keep my Change" and "Hands of my Healthcare".  It is now two years later and not only have many gone silent, some who I believed were on the side of liberty are actively working against liberty and free market reforms.
