Nobody is interested in bailing out LBJ's "model city" Detroit.  N-O-B-O-D-Y.  Sure, the Congressional Black Caucus has gone whining to race-baiter-in-chief, president Odowngrade², with JoAnn's "bring home some bacon" meme, but that narrative is as common as the sun rising in the East.  Besides, preezy Soetoro's agenda is already booked with making this entire nation look like Detoilet, so, how in the Hell can he bail out Detoilet?  Barry can't.  All of D.C. knows that bailing out Detoilet is opening Pandora's box.  Think Killadelphia isn't just around the corner on going teats up?  Think again.  It is poison for the Democratic Socialist Party in 2014 as much as implementing Obummercare is, and completely lethal for Hillary PUMA's in 2016.  Don't even go there about BJ and Mrs. Secretary Benghazi - they know damn well they've got damage control issues on their hands.

Really, Justin?  Working with those trying to implement Obamacare entanglements in Michigan, isn't exactly what I would describe as a Republican value.

Michigan Congressmen need to pay attention.  Its all over for Republicans if Obamacare is allowed to continue.  Understand this. The two senators in these videos are worthy of emulation.

The 'nuclear option' is at hand.  Surrender is not an option, and any funding for Obamacare is an endorsement of it. Any federal overreach such as this MUST be pushed back by our representatives in whatever way available.  If the last resort is a shutdown of an extra-constitutional government so-be-it.  No Republican principles are served in the absence of courage. Kentucky voters are rightfully advised to talk to their US Senator who will be up for his seat next year.

Campaign for Liberty President John Tate today thanked Congressman Justin Amash (R-MI) for signing Congressman Thomas Massie's (R-KY) letter in strong opposition to the Internet Sales Tax and urged him to continue to fight against new taxes on businesses and consumers as the battle moves to the House of Representatives:

"It is good to see Congressman Amash take a strong stance against the job-destroying Internet Tax Mandate," said C4L President John Tate. "I hope the citizens of Michigan can continue to count on Congressman Amash to fight against tax increases and burdensome regulations on small businesses. I urge Congressman Amash to encourage his fellow representatives from Michigan, to join the fight against tax increases, as well."

Today 'ForAmerica' Chairman L. Brent Bozell III released a statement regarding reports that Republican leadership in Congress is in secret negotiations to exempt themselves and their staffs from ObamaCare.

"Recent news reports reveal that the Republican leadership in Congress is participating in the ultimate hypocrisy: months of secret meetings with Democrats to betray the most important promise they made to their supporters in 2010. Rather than forcing repeal of ObamaCare, they are discussing exempting themselves and their staffs from it. This is what Third World dictators and tyrannical kings do - they create mandates for the supposed `good' of the peasants, while exempting themselves from the burdens of their whims. Our message is clear: stop these secret meetings immediately and get to work defunding and repealing ObamaCare so everyone, not just you and your staff, can be freed from its burdens."

Back in 2010 Dave Camp PROMISED to defund as a mission of last resort, the Obamacare act that inappropriately bears the name "affordable". If I am not mistaken, we are at the last resort stage now.

We should remind our legislators that their words of promise have become meaningless, and the line between those whom we would call 'Republican' to the evil that is progressivism, is truly blurred.
