Here is a heartwarming story out of Florida, that you most likely won't be seeing in the MarxStream Media.
Cliff's Notes version? Sheriff Nick Finch, released a dude they caught carrying a pistol. Reasoning? Amendment II supersedes bad gun Laws. Florida AG Pam Bondi (known enemy of We the People w/ scrubbed video), prosecuted, Sheriff Finch. A jury (God bless 'em) told The State to go bag their duplicitous ass, and get the good Sheriff back on the job, of which, in an extraordinary prudent move, Gov. Scott immediately did just that. For record, those who keep track, that makes for, Sheriff Nick Finch = 1 certified Oath Keeper. Our elected 83 in Michigan? For the most part, they suck eggs. As noted here, and here on RightMichigan, they suck more so in Kalkaska. Then there's this from The Blaze on Crawford County LEO thuggery. Yet, another citiot calling for the shredding of Michigan's Article I, Section 6.
An outgoing city commissioner is calling on state lawmakers to let municipal governments ban the open-carry of guns. M'kay, Commissioner White, shall we pose your same radical concept of restriction on the 13th Amendment? Remember, there are those on the alleged Right who have said such absurdity about our Amendment II, too. (4 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
Our Michigan tax dollars at work obstructing our 2nd Amendment Rights while criminals roam freely.
Nah, deputy ma'am. The stealth Democrat Nerd knows what's better for Law-abiding citizens than even the dwindling 2012 republican majority in the legislature. By Corinthian Scales, Section Multimedia

Center mass. That is what gun control looks like. Thanks, Joe! We the People are truly fortunate our Founding Fathers were cognizant of the roving thugs that will always be part of humanity, and the especially dangerous variety of thugs being: in government. By Corinthian Scales, Section News

The Benzie county sheriff Ted Schendel, received the Constitution Defender Award yesterday at the Benzie County Commission meeting drawing applause from the 50 or so present.
The award is given to 3 or 4 each year, with a 'Grand Defender' being chosen from those, and announced during the annual constitution celebration event in Acme MI. This year's event is Sept 15. The award reads: "Has been recognized by the Constitution Celebration Committee and membership as a person of indefatigable character, who abides by the laws of our country, and defends with vigor, the principles of its founding by lawful means.Mr Schendel upheld his oath. This video provides a pretty good explanation WHY this Sheriff was chosen.
We thank him.
And the Benzie Sheriff is not alone. (10 comments, 512 words in story) Full Story By Corinthian Scales, Section News
