"Give us the child for 8 years and it will be a Bolshevik forever" - (6 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
As if this weren't already blatantly obvious.
Some may willingly refuse to look at reality for what it is, but the dregs of society are now on the inside, and they know better than .. you. (1 comment) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News

One cannot possibly know where they're heading without looking at a map.
What was once just malcontents on the outside is now an infestation inside government. Is anyone surprised to see the Guy Fawkes masks in Cairo? Well, you shouldn't be if you've been paying a shred of attention. (1 comment) Comments >> By JGillman, Section News
".. in our government."
A Big change is coming to government! Neato. By golly, it appears the constitution matters again to the miscreant denizens of the white house. Those guys have all of a sudden realized that "we the people" are looking at the constitution and have a little better understanding of the document that protects us from them. I would fully expect that all those petitions demanding an end to the unconstitutional health care mandate, will now be heard. Certainly, when energy prices are starting peak, the white house will respond positively to petitions that suggest we allow more drilling and use of our natural resources. In fact they will probably call the petitioners up directly and congratulate them on their successful participation in the constitutional process. Or not.
"The official way to have your voice heard in our government"
Think about that statement for a second. If this will be the official way, then apparently the other methods are no longer necessary or adequate. The smiling faces to the right will certainly vote for the petitions they like as indicated with another wonderful gem: "If your petition is among the most popular, a group of white house policy officials, like this good looking bunch, will review it, make sure it gets to the right people in the Obama administration, and craft an official response." This country is being run by children. In fact, it appears they are soliciting petitions from children as well: Anyone 13 or older can create or sign a petition on WhiteHouse.gov asking the Obama Administration to take action on a range of important issues facing our country. Aside from the dismissal of all those who spoke against the kind of change this chump in charge was pushing, the utter disregard for the protections afforded us by the founding documents has been clear. This is not at all addressing our grievances but merely an attempt to once again use a catch phrase that might be more acceptable to those of us who truly believe there is meaning in consent of the governed. The catch phrase "we the people" is still sadly abused by those who have no interest in its real meaning, its intent, or its warning to those who stray from the constitutional foundation. And the guys on the left wall have done nothing to address that. (7 comments) Comments >> By sanuzis, Section News
Did someone in the White House commit a felony on behalf of the President? Some Democrats say so.

Hello All,
CNN reports that the Taliban vows to fight "To The Last Drop of Blood". Sounds like to me to be reminiscent of the Japanese at the end of WWII. If you remember the Japanese vowed to fight to the very last man, women, & child, even to the point of committing suicide either through "Seppuku" or "Kamikaze". It is the whole reason why President Truman decided to use the Atom Bomb. Some of you know that I really like the movie "Patton". There is a long story as to why, that I'm not going to go into here, just know it has made a big impact on my life. In addition to the movie I have done considerable research into "General Patton", his life, family history, and his fighting philosophy. Although very controversial, Patton had one view that most agreed on, "To defeat your enemy you must take away his ability to wage war".
