The self proclaimed "Business Leaders for Michigan" had a plan to "cut" the sales tax by a penny or 1/2 cent and extend it to services. Is that now a "tax cut" too?

Snyder's got some close ties to them too although in the campaign, he said he opposed particular platform. This is just as bad.
