We are all paying more to cover the hidden taxes. If the hidden tax is removed why is the prebate even needed. Also, if everyone (who counts) qualifies, why is this necessary? We wouldn't need to hire a secretary, an accountant, or someone to figure if the paper has TWO sides, if we lower the sales tx percentage.

Where am I wrong?
