The Gift That Keeps Giving to the MDP

I cannot help but notice two corporations that must be cringing at their new Board Member, and if not they should be cringing at Dow Chemical and especially at Marinette Marine-Fincantieri, who as a then Governor Granholm, and her Democratic Party cronies boasted jobs created in Wisconsin, having also parlayed a nice after-Lansing income at Marinette Marine that today now attempts to play "witty" and ends up in the press. The Corporate Cringe.

"Another guy guv admits 2 cheating on his wife," Granholm posted on the social media site, using abbreviations that are often needed to fit messages into Twitter's 140-character limit. "Maybe we need more women governors. Guys: Keep ur pants zipped, for Pete's sake.

More women governors?  Is that so, Mrs. Granholm?  Perhaps a little trip back in the not so way-back machine.

Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm said she won't apologize to Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin for her crack at last weekend's Gridiron Dinner that the former Republican vice presidential candidate "really set back the cause of hot governors."

At the exclusive Washington dinner on Saturday, which was packed with top elected officials, Granholm also used the quip to needle Pennsylvania's governor. "You know where I'm coming from, Ed Rendell," she said.

Ah, I see.  So, it must then be just those Pro-Abortion EMILY's List type Progressive Soros funded women that former Governor Granholm associates with that she's referring to.  This also must go in observation of the very delusional Mrs. Granholms' narcissism with her self-comparison to what any possessing sight would consider pleasing to the eye.  "Hot governors", Mrs. Granholm?  You over Palin?  Seriously?

I make no apologies that when I'm within the earshot range of one merely mentioning the name Jennifer Granholm that THIS immediately comes to my mind.  It.  Never.  Fails.

    See you below.

Back to Mrs. Granholms' cutesy Tweet, which moments later she does the walk back on Facebook.

Granholm later posted a message on her Facebook page that said her "prayers are with Arnold and Maria's family, and peace to everyone involved."

She said there are "lots of great men out there serving in positions of leadership," and good people of both genders should be supported and encouraged to run for office.

The posting provoked discussion on Twitter, with some tweeters supporting Granholm's viewpoint and others suggesting it was sexist or lacked class.

Sexist and classless?  Uh-oh!  I bet Mrs. Granholm's gluteals at that point could probably pinch you a diamond out of a lump of coal.  Welcome to the real world Jennifer.  Them big money Board Member dollars flowing into Mrs. Granholms' bank account from Dow and Marinette Marine-Fincantieri are officially in conflict with their corporate ethics policies and image presented to investors.  I know that Dow received a phone call from me expressing my disapproval of their newest Member.

Granholm's spokeswoman, Liz Boyd, confirmed Granholm made the Twitter posting, but said the former governor would have nothing further to say about the matter after her follow-up posting on Facebook. "She's said all she wants to say," Boyd said.

Yep!  I'd say that familiar Liz deflection statement pretty much removes doubt that Mrs. Granholms' people received a WFT phone call from Dows' and Marinette Marines' people.

Equally amusing is that a human usually has more intelligence than a creature such as a fish in recognizing the fact that they'd both keep out of trouble if they just simply keep their mouth shut.  But, no.  Thus enters into the loosely wrapped conversation is no less than the Ex first gentleman offering his pearls of wit.

Granholm's husband, former first gentleman Daniel Mulhern, also joined the conversation on Twitter.

"Men: can we talk maturely, openly and seriously about sex and fidelity?" asked Mulhern, who gives speeches on leadership and the cultural changes affecting families and men.

It's "time to replace" sexual desire "w brains and heart," he wrote.

Mulhern later added a post suggesting Schwarzenegger's actions had betrayed the public trust and brought discredit to men.

My, my, my.  Discredit to men?  Really?  Mr. Mulhern, where was all this chastisement of the entire male population with discovery of John Edwards affair?  Oh! That's right, Mr. Mulhern was busy clinging to the state co-chair of Kerry-Edwards for there to be any later disgust of Edwards money funneling and infidelity on his cancer stricken wife.  If one was able to charge "brought discredit to men" let's talk about JFK and Marilyn or Teddy and Mary Jo or Bill and Monica.  All would be a ridiculous allegation of discredit to any whole specific gender.  That is typical myopic Progressive think that serves to manipulate groups in the same sort of way a Progressive thinks that all property belongs to the government.  There is no defining the individual.  But, for a former first gentleman who has never actually done anything in his life outside write books, flap his gums on radio and cling on others, it's a Dan Mulhern subterfuge I've grown to expect when his Jennifer is involved.

Frankly speaking, I never saw much in an alleged Republican Ah-nold marrying into the Kennedy clan to start with other then Ah-nold being the opportunist that he really is in garnering the Democrats Camelot worshipers vote in a dysfunctional Progressive State of California.  My take on Maria and Ah-nold always was and if they reconcile always will be, "at least they aren't out there messing up two other life's."

However, when all the dust settles in the world of topic du jour... Yes, Ah-nold does indeed have a love child that he appears to being financially responsible for and a marriage that may or may not dissolve.  None of which is my business and ultimately effects only the aforementioned.  The fact remains that Ah-nold's marital indiscretion pales by far in comparison to the  e n t i r e  State of Michigan that Jennifer Mulhern Granholm screwed.

Congrats to the Michigan Democratic Party.  The Mulhern-Granholm legacy is your love child and may their buffoonery keep surfacing in the press leading all the way to November 6, 2012.

I am copying and posting this gem every where I can today!!!

    And now my two cents!

All of the indiscretions and shennanigans commited  on both sides of aisle doesn't even compare to what is happening in the media today.  99% of this establishment is sucking the liberal johnson in order to push their agenda.  It is disgusting and dishonest and one of the biggest failures of public trust we will see in our lifetime.

And to think we all thought the lovely portrait unveiling of the former pantsuit-in-chief would be the last we heard from this buffoon. I figured she's be too busy scouting locations in Cali for "Cool Cities, Part 2."

Another example of a media "oversight" (none / 0) (#4)
