Who are the NERD fund donors Mr Snyder?

    Raise the curtain.

    No One Has Standing

Unless its convenient for today's radical judiciary.

Fred Durhal may have a valid argument on this issue. Durhal's complaint via the Ivory Tower:

"I think that was not right," Durhal said today.

He said part of his argument was that it was wrong for Snyder to go around the Legislature to approve a deal with Canada to build the New International Trade Crossing between Detroit and Windsor. Therefore, any state legislator should have standing to bring the challenge, he said."

    I concur.

I would have to ask the Judge WHOM might satisfy the 'standing' question.  In fact, perhaps it is time to have the legislature require the judiciary to define whom it is that might have 'standing' when dismissing based on such a platform?

. . . both saw this coming, and warned us of a day when black-robed oligarchs would override both the plain language of the Constitution and common sense itself.

    United States Constitution
    Article 1 § 10

No state shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marque and reprisal; coin money; emit bills of credit; make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts; pass any bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts, or grant any title of nobility.

    5 USC § 3331 - Oath of office

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: "I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." This section does not affect other oaths required by law.

It would seem that someone like myself (or any other military officer or enlisted man) would have standing to challenge.
