    3 .. 2 .. 1.

From MLIVE a couple years ago:

"The Rick Snyder for Governor campaign today appealed directly to independents and Democrats to vote in the GOP primary Aug. 3, laying bare what has been a quiet strategy from the beginning.

With former Congressman Joe Schwarz leading the charge, the campaign unveiled the web site CommonSenseforMichigan.com, calling it "an unprecedented grassroots effort reaching voters who have not traditionally voted in Republican primaries." The site also promises Snyder is the one candidate who can bridge the political divide.

    Uh yeah..

So, Dave Camp?  Saul Anuzis?  And those of you in the Republican Elite circling your wagons around your chosen son?  Where were you then?

    Right.

    Nowhere to be found.

They wanted the open primary. I wanted a caucus. If they listed to me, they wouldn't be complaining about this. :)

    I didn't like it then (none / 0) (#2)

And I don't like it now.

    Close the flipping primary.

Saul didn't back Snyder, did he? (none / 0) (#3)

Snyder was a Yob candidate.  I'm trying to remember who Saul supported, but can't to save my life, and that's making me think maybe he did back Snyder.  Was Saul a Snyder guy?

    I'm lovin' it (none / 0) (#6)

'Ol Willard is sharting himself.  My Lord!  What in the world will poor little Mittens do should he happen to face the Axelrod/Obama juggernaut?

And this headline is worth its weight in gold:

Democrats voting in droves for Santorum, Paul to deny Romney a Michigan win

Goose shoots down Maverick?  BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  But .. but .. but Uncle Squeaky is Willard's wingman.  Top Fun, indeed.

Imagine that... all those Paulsimian voting potheads are finally shooting their meal ticket in the ass.

Couldn't happen to a finer pair of Lefty's in the primary if you ask me.

I guess Willard needs to "FIRE SOMEONE" (none / 0) (#8)

"...to the party and a lot of new people to the party, so I think it's actually healthy to have him out there," said Saul Anuzis, a Michigan committeeman and longtime supporter of Romney.

Any person who is stung by these open primaries deserves a gargantuan mutant stinger delivered to the most tender of nether areas.

Still, how hard is it to believe that a GOP, more than willing to allow the media to select its presidential candidate on the national ballot, would also be complicit in allowing dyed-in-the-wool democrats to help in that selection?

Don't worry conservatives, we are in GREAT hands!

    Dammit! Now I'm really confused... (none / 0) (#14)

Does that means Guv Snynerd crossed over to vote for Santorum?  8O

This kind of talk is embarrassing! (none / 0) (#15)

This is a free country and I might stand alone but I stand, not needing or wanting a homogenous religion via gov't. I'm in charge of my own! Investing in these insults is uncivilized, contrary to the Constitution and represents poorly. It's so steady, I'm starting to wonder if there's an intentional effort to misrepresent conservatives to the public.

A hint to the wise is sufficient. Come on, make the cognitive adjustments.

Maybe we need some new rules and more moderating.

    Bump and a note (none / 0) (#18)

I have sent a request to Sharon Wise who voted for the change in the rules.

    Dave Camp, you paying attention?
