the "Tea Party" of Michigan candidate slate is (as Beckmann put it) essentially the Toledo Mudhens of the Michigan Democrat Party, we can proceed with a plan of action that embraces their choices of political maneuvering.

Embrace it..

Now some of you might think that coming up with new Green Party candidates to fill the ticket might be the appropriate response. I know that the temptation to tit-for-tat gerrymandering of people's leftist tendencies is great, but we don't operate that way.. The Green Party will do that all by themselves just fine. We don't need to slip into the same deceptive methods that only bring us to their level.

A good friend of ours would have agreed I think, but he is no longer able to say so.

The strength of transparency, of openness, and truthful reporting carries with it a strength that cannot be overcome by political parties, governments or despots seeking power. This is why would be tyrants first attempt to control the press, in their quest for power. A free press that has access to information, and can report on things not so proper in government or of those who attempt to control government will ensure a truly free and self governing people.

Times are changing. And Openness has new champions.

OUR Blogs, like Michigantaxes.com, Rightmichigan.com, or any of the others listed on the side bar for the most part have a particular set of ideals based on conservative principles. We have our own opinions, and in the pursuit of supporting materials we can often find previously unknown documents, or "evidence," and can sometimes make links that have been missed by "traditional" sources. Sometimes those sources miss it, Sometimes they hide it, and sometimes they don't believe it.

But we do.. So we can expand on our new truth finding..

The fake tea party effort spawned by the OCDP and effectively Mark Brewer and Jocelyn Benson should be accepted as the successful attempt at what it is. A training crew for the deception that has become the norm for the Michigan Democrat party. A "training team" of sorts that when fully matured into professionals, can lie to the voters of Michigan like no others. A TEAM of MORALLY BANKRUPT players in a most corrupt game of dodge ball. They have cornered the market on "stink" with this one.

But we should embrace it..
..and call it what it is, by shining the light EVERY DAY till November 02.

Here is our message:

'To the staunch Democrat voter in November,
You have a truly open minded set of operators within your party. They have thought so much of you, that they have created a special party in a manner of 'cornering' political thought. You now have TWO choices on November 02, 2010. The Main Democrat party, and a BONUS party they have called the Tea Party. The Tea Party needs your help if it is going to develop good Michigan Democrats, so any level of support whether on your SOS vote, or State Senate is a GREAT THING TO ADVANCE DEMOCRAT PARTY CAUSES.
In Conclusion Loyal Democrat, a truly patriotic and Michigan Democrat Party supporting thing to do, would be to offer at least SOME of your votes to the FARM TEAM for the Michigan Democrat Party, so they can grow strong."
