"It may" does not mean "There definitely is a conflict of interest."

There's nothing in the judicial canon of ethics that would imply a gay judge has to recuse himself from a gay marriage case.

I'm really not sure why you are saying "f#@% them" to Muslims when you give Christian judges a pass. Are you saying that one religion should be valued higher in the law's eyes than other religions? If so, that's a dangerous road to go down. That precedent won't be so good when it's Christians who are getting persecuted. If you're not saying that, then it doesn't make sense to argue your recusal position on gay marriage.

As for your last question, yes, but again, that has no relevance to the issue here.

As for your repeated crudeness and "f*** you" comments, I will continue to pray for you. It is truly sad when someone believes they are doing something in God's name, yet they are straying farther farther from the truth that the Bible teaches us.
