The fact of the matter is that Obamacare was a tax, and it fell within the taxing power of the government.  I don't like it either.  It was a disaster when it was passed, and it'll be a disaster when it's fully implemented, but just because I don't like it doesn't mean I can call it unconstitutional.

You have a history of having a lack of understanding of constitutional principles.  You couldn't understand why the DOMA case was properly decided (on the policy, not on the procedure), and you continually just attacked me as a person instead of attacking my arguments.  Why?  Because you couldn't logically attack my arguments because you knew that they were right.  Instead, you started making up stuff about me loathing Gary Glenn--which, is not true whatsoever--and went off on some crazy train.
