All of the content came out of the senate, and to call it amended is an insult to anyone with a modicum of intelligence.  the bill was crafted and PASSED and originated out of the US Senate.

go peddle that leftist "HB3590 was the original" crap elsewhere.  To allow that type of substitution to stand would nullify any origination clause period.  ALL Senate based tax increases could then come from the senate by simply hijacking an unpassed house bill and using the amendment process.
