The supreme court was wrong in Butler. As are you in making the assumption that all publicly spent money is a socialist act.  Child of Newsweek, wake up.

Policing redistributes NOTHING.
Military actions redistribute NOTHING.
Schools, though abused, are not redistribution schemes.
Courts by enforcing contract commit no redistribution
Road building and public infrastructure commits no redistribution

Universal health care IS redistribution as it gives something to some who did not have before.  It reassigns to individuals the labor of others.
Libraries reassign copyrights to those who have not earned or paid for them.  It is marginal, but nonetheless, socialistic.  And if you go back and read what I have posted before you might possibly begin to understand WHY I am there.
