... the "it" I'm talking about.

What I'm referring to is Gov. Snyder's plan to keep the Michigan Income Tax Rate at 4.25%, instead of slowly ratcheting it back down to 3.9% where it belongs.

Even though Gov. Snyder specifically mentions doing this in his budget presentation back in Feb, unless I've missed something in the journals, the actual bill that would do this has not been introduced yet.
