      I also didn't care for his little verbal gymnastic trick regarding the income tax hike shoved down our throats by Gov. Granholm and the democrats (with a few RINO's to boot).

      The only positive from that bill was the provision that the Michigan Income Tax Rate was to return to 3.9% (Sec 51 (1)(h), Sec 51 (1)(i).

      Gov Snyder wants it, "to go to 4.25% and stay there." (15:45)

      Regarding the EIC, I do agree with you 100% that people should NEVER get out more than they pay in taxes. But who you really should talk to is Nancy Cassis about that. She was the republican who introduced the bill in the first place back in '05.
