    A Chinese Group Plans To Construct A 200 Acre "China City" In Michigan

    A Chinese group known as "Sino-Michigan Properties LLC" has bought up 200 acres of land near the town of Milan, Michigan.  Their plan is to construct a "China City" with artificial lakes, a Chinese cultural center and hundreds of housing units for Chinese citizens.  Essentially, it would be a little slice of communist China dropped right into the heartland of America.

    Why Milan?

    Why not Temperance, Lambertville or Ottawa Lake?

    Or even, Emmett? Sandusky? Coldwater?

    Every one of them is a nice town.

    But given China's recent building bust, I'm really surprised at them acquiring more land for development.

    Granted, our non-representing "representatives" in Washington are more than willing to borrow a few trillion more from the chi-comms, so money isn't really a problem.

    But what are they really up to?

    Temperance, Lambertville or Ottawa Lake puts them much closer to Toledo after their buying binge there.

    Emmett placed them smack dab on 69 if they have their sights set on the TTC.

    Kind of strange for them to be a little off of the beaten path?
