Why some a leery of the Health Care Legislation

I assert that there are those skeptical of Health Care Reform, not because of spending nine trillion dollars over ten years for ten percent of the population, but rather because of what has become of Social Security. SSA is not all about aged, blind and disabled; one need not take my word for it at all. A simple review of the excerpted thumbnail sketch from the SSA Volumes Index probably would be sufficient. Follow the first link to volume one and the index or follow the URLs to the minimal excerpted sub-sub-sections.

Following the brief [A] SSA example is an annotated review of possible [B] Health Care anomalies. Quite frankly Social Security for the aged, blind and disabled purely would be awesome, similarly, health care reform that leveled the playing field for American Providers and Recipients and protected that area from foreign extortion would also be awesome; the current legislation may very well not do that. SSA itself is in need of Reform, and, perhaps that is where we should first begin. Most certainly our children need two parent stable families to become the most productive members of our American Society that they can become, and, most certainly Government should stop creating opportunities (SSA/Health Care Reform/No Fault Divorce/No fault Insurance/VAWA I and II) to force themselves into our families.
    A.    Social Security Act of 1935
The Social Security Act of 1935, a forced savings system for individuals refusing to save for their old age needs when they were unable to produce income: all in all a well intentioned piece of legislation that has so grown and evolved into a huge morass so far beyond its original intention and so far beyond its budget that it is projected to be insolvent in 2012.

    B.    Health Care Reform
Similar to the Social Security Act's evolution beyond the original intention here are some annotated excerpted anomalies from the current proposed Health Care (HC) Reform Legislation.
Page 22  of the HC Bill:  Mandates that the Govt  will audit books of all employers that self-insure!!
Page 30 Sec 123  of HC bill:  THERE WILL BE A GOVT  COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you get.
Page 29 lines 4-16 in  the HC bill:  YOUR HEALTH CARE IS  RATIONED!!!
Page 42 of HC  Bill:  The Health Choices Commissioner  will choose your HC benefits for you. You have no choice!

Page 126 Lines 22-25:  Employers MUST pay for HC for part-time employees AND their families.  (Employees shouldn't get   excited about this as employers will be forced to reduce  its work force, benefits, and wages/salaries to cover such a huge  expense.)
Page 149 Lines 16-24:  ANY Employer with payroll 401k & above who does not provide public option will pay 8% tax on all payrolls! (See the last comment in parenthesis.)

Page 379 Sec 1191:  The Govt creates more bureaucracy via a "Tele-Health Advisory Committee."   (Can you say HC by phone?)
