    I know a number of people that worked in the auto plants of downstate Michigan.  Each and every one of them has this type of story to tell.  The guys that slept.  The guys that punched each other in and out.  The guys that drank.  The guys that made every other person around them work harder because of a bad attitude or poor work ethic.  

    When job creation and job retainment become the sole focus of business the business will not succeed.  A growing and profitable business will create and retain jobs as a byproduct of its profitability.
