I have yet to figure out how/if Oakland Co plans to spin their way out of not issuing Patterson, and his chauffeur, a retired double-dipping State Trooper tickets for not wearing their seat belts, via The Detroit News
The Oakland County executive and the two drivers involved weren't wearing seat belts, police said Monday. Could face traffic citation? WTF? It's either Rule of Law, or call the whole system in Oakland Co a Wild West free for all. At this point, all I know is that if I were the driver of the Passat, I'd be on the horn with one of the legalese merchants that's well versed in modified comparative negligence seeing that the prosecutor and the police involved still have their collective thumb up their ass on a cut-n-dry seat belt matter involving their Dear Leader. Hmmm, as an aside let's see now... pushing the DIA Tax .. targeting the only Republican on the CD-11 ballot with a costly primary, Big Government "write-in" smearing crony...
