There really is no end to Lansing goonion payola, and crony capitalism that goes on in Michigan. via detroitnews.com
Detroit - The Westin Book Cadillac avoided defaulting on a $15 million loan this month after a city pension fund intervened, raising questions about the health of a landmark hotel and symbol of the city's economic redevelopment. Yup. Just like Ferchill Group boasts on its own website.
"The high cost of renovating The Book-Cadillac Hotel required creative financing involving the city, county and state, along with tax credits and other sources that previous developers couldn't handle. The Ferchill Group brought to the table financing tools that Detroit had never used. With the Ferchill team on board, we are confident that we will finally see this project become a reality." Updated memo to Mayor Dave Bing, and the folks in Detroit... blow it out your a$$, ya mooching parasites. (3 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News

Detroit - Part of an $11 million grant intended to provide business attire to 400 low-income job-seekers instead helped only two people, an audit of the city's Department of Human Services has found. While Guv Snynerd plays footsie with Detroit, the City of Hamtramckstan and Wayne County is nearing Tango Uniform with meeting their payrolls. Michigan's tax on pensions and retirement accounts kicked in on Jan. 1 and, not long after that, Jack Vassallo kicked back. Why folks in this state thought it would be 'smart' to vote for a CPA with a law degree from the Peoples Republic of Ann Arbor still puzzles me. Caterpillar has caused an uproar in Canada with a controversial plant closing. But the company attracted so many people to an Indiana jobs fair that the event had to be shut down earlier than planned. Yup, and Governor Daniels phone has been ringing nonstop since signing Worker Freedom into Law. The ball is driven deeply into your end the court GoverNerd. With the clock ticking to Michigan's Feb. 28 primary, Gov. Rick Snyder hasn't decided whom to endorse as the Republican presidential nominee. Bingo. Nerdholm can only do harm to Willard, or anyone else he endorses. (2 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
And what's going on with this @ 0:08? That an Ann Arbor thing? By Corinthian Scales, Section News

Washington-- Gov. Rick Snyder says he expects to make an endorsement in the GOP presidential race "as early as this week." Most likely also in DC consulting with Barry Oweblamebush about what to do with the snag with his boondoggle gummint bridge too. Nerdholm's just got to have them Federal tax 'debt dollars' to redistribute to his goonion labor base in Detoilet don'tchya know.
Snyder said he is focused on which candidate will be best for Michigan. Honestly, I really don't know how the MSM can print such rubbish. After all the butt smooching the MI-GOP Office holders and power brokers is doing to Willard, somehow Guv Nerdholm isn't going to announce a returned favor endorsement? GMAFB. It's more like figuring out how to have the Guv Nerdholm name associated to a candidate with causing the least amount of damage. (4 comments) Comments >> By Corinthian Scales, Section News
Two peas in the same pod. Remember the Nerds' smear on Hoekstra? I do.
