Republican Party Leadership: Alex, I'd like to buy a clue for $100 please...

(all tags)

Let me start off by saying that this is Exhibit "A" on what should be happening in the various levels of government around America.

And this isn't the only example of people that we need to be paying attention to.

    {Continued below}

I'm sure that by now you've all heard the outstanding speech given by Dr. Ben Carson at the national Prayer Breakfast several weeks ago with Pres. B.O. just sitting mere feet away from him (and about ready to hurl what's left of his meal at the podium). For those who have not heard this already, a copy is embedded below.

The chorus is getting louder and louder regarding the growing dissatisfaction in the Grassroots concerning the continuing vacuum of leadership. Another example is Mark Levin's outstanding job illustrating this point just recently.

    It doesn't stop there.

Going back to this year's CPAC 2013 speeches, MRC Pres. L. Brent Bozell had this to say regarding the "leadership" demonstrated to date by so-called conservatives.

And if this doesn't give you a fairly accurate barometer of the general mood of the Grassroots, the results of their straw poll should point you in the right direction. I've included the entire clip below including the methodology, but the important part starts at 10:24.

Let me bottom line it here. We don't need RINO's who attack people that stand up for our Constitution and then essentially defend the people who are the problem.

We don't need RINO's who support:

    • Exponentially increasing debt.

    • Gross ignorance of our Constitution.

    • Cowardly capitulation on core principles.

And when it gets to the point where Speaker Boehner was recently quoted at a press conference about the lack of press actually present,"Gee whiz, there's nobody here," that should be a good indication that people are not finding your brand of "leadership" relevant anymore (sorry I fail to find Pres. B.O.'s appearance elsewhere and CPAC a justifiable excuse for the lack of interest).

    This should be very telling.

Even the press of all people doesn't find anything he says relevant.

So, why should anyone else in the party expect the continued support of the Grassroots?

I'm sensing a changing on the horizon.

    Are you?

So, out of all this we have Grover's buds pointing out again that 75% still shun PaulTards v2.0.  Jeez, besides the grandstanding votes, I just cannot imagine why Liberaltarians are universally loathed.  Free the jokesmoke in '16?  Thanks, but no thanks.

Flavor of the month Ben Carson, disqualifies himself as anything of relevance: 2A is not a geographical Natural Right endowed by their Creator.

Tough break doc, but there are far better Thinkers who unequivocally understand what the 2A is all about.

I'm shocked, but I guess the Conservatives above don't believe that the 13th Amendment has "location flexibility" either.  The truth shall set you free.

As far as I'm concerned y'all can run around like a bunch of sailors on shore leave in Olongapo, seeking out the next case of crotch itch.

I'm sticking with the All-American Girl.

There's the Big Gulp of reality.

... with some of his itching, burning snark against libertarians, and didn't have to wait long.  One again, we see that one's view of libertarianism is directly proportional to how comfortable he is with his own conscience.

Apparently not.  I gather from your response that repeated electoral failures, abuse of conservatives, and bizarre attempts at Godwin's Law leave you feeling downright refeshed in the morning.  However, since you seem to have invented your own language to express this, it's hard for anyone to be sure.
    Sweet dreams.
